Ich würde mich wieder für dieses Hotel entscheiden.

Einmalige Lage für Opernbesucher! Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ausnahme: eine der jungen Damen, die zumeist das Frühstücksbuffet betreute und ein extrem unfreundlichen, geradezu beleidigte Gesicht machte.

Das Zimmer war extrem klein.

very good location, easy access to the city, helpful staff, clean room

Very poor breakfast without variety and every day the same and the same. There is no lobby to sit down and drink a coffee, read a newspaper, read a book. You must either be in the room or outside the hotel

Great staff, location and breakfast that was included in the price.

Great location to access all areas of Zurich. The staff were very helpful assisting with directions and things to do. The inclusion of breakfast was great and also the food that was available. Staff are customer serviced and friendly.

Das Hotel hatte uns eines der frisch renovierten Zimmer (sehr geschmackvoll, Farbgebung und raffinierte Ausstattung) zugedacht Köstliches & reichhaltiges Frühstück Direkt hinter der Oper und in Seenähe - ideal bei Kaiserwetter - Danke für den angenehmen Aufenthalt

Ideal im Zentrum, Personal sehr freundlich und Frühstück ausgezeichnet.

Alles besten für eine Silvesternacht.... :-) Frühstück war seht gut. Lage glich beim Bellvueplatz war ideal.

Keine Minibar und Fernsehen lässt zu wünschen übrig.

Lovely hotel. Overpriced in my opinion

Location. Great old building. Layout great and restaurant bar easy access. Rooms really comfortable.

For the price not to even have a fan with the only airflow from an open window with street noise.

A relaxed weekend

A perfect place to stay if visiting Zurich. The room was very good and clean. The bathroom was very beautiful and clean. We had breakfast at the hotel and it was worth the money. Very good variety of food and drinks. The staff was very kind and helpful. Totally recommended.

Quite central , close to tram line and central station , lot of eating place around , Clean rooms and good size bathrooms

vey stuffy at night , no proper air conditioning , I had to request calling fan on two consecutive day but third night staff left cooling Pedestal fan so I could sleep last night comfortably. No English entertainment channel such as Netflix. people traveling outside of Europe no English Channel to watch news or sport or any movie or live TV . they should have a mini bar or fridge in room so that people c as n keep some wine or cold drinks

The hotel was loacted 20 mins walk from the train station. Staff were very friendly, hotel was spotless. Spacious room

No tea and coffee facilities in room As we booked through booking.com breakfast was not included and was 33CHF per person if we wanted to add it on but free if you book direct.

We had a delightful visit, celebrating our wedding anniversary !

The hotel was centrally situated, especially for our visits to the opera and the art museum. The room was comfortable, breakfast excellent.

The space for the toilet was minimal, but functional. It was difficult to lower the room temperature without opening the window, and then the traffic noise was audible.
