Cercano a lugares céntricos de Copacabana
Los baños y las habitaciones muy pequeñas

Localização e recepção.
Limpeza.
Tem até uma pessoa que vai limpar lá, mas entra e sai mta gente por dia e isso gera sujeira. Banheiros sujos, vomitados, entupidos e os cantos do quarto sujos.

The people are super friendly, they become like family. I absolutely loved this hostel. I travelled alone but always had people to go to things with.
I loved the whole experience

Staff was friendly and the place was clean during my stay. Very good location in Copacabana.
The kitchen doesnt have enough things to cook properly and the fridge is way to full. Missing nice areas to socialize.

The location is quite good
No willingness to resolve problems. While I understand that booking.com dropped the ball, I would have expected more help. check in wasn’t a good experience either. I’ve worked in a hostel myself, I understand that you can make a process a good experience. I’ve seen neither of that.

Location is central
Some reception staff are very rude, poor customer service
Wifi is nonexistent upstairs and not the greatest downstairs in the lobby either
The rooms were small and dirty, breakfast is not worth paying for
Wouldn't let me check in even an hour before 2pm despite the room being ready. They want you to pay the room rate for another day to check in earlier. Would not recommend.

location is good
completely dirty and disgusting

location, good place to meet other backpackers
when I arrived my bed was covered in blood and pubic hair and when I informed the staff they said 'here is another sheet' and appeared very disinterested and we had to change the sheets with another persons blood on it, disgusting. The toilets where overflowing with faeces and sick every day and when we told the staff they reported 'welcome to brazil'.

Don’t book. Huge scam. Trash In and out of the bed / they don’t clean. The clients puts his own sheets and takes them out so I doubt someone ever cleans the dorm areas. Got some money back from Booking bc the hostel left trash in my bed for 4 days.

location 5 minutes to Copacabana beach, common areas good very social, rooftop area, BBCa a r area and ATM, breakfast
Old beds with peeling paint & rust also squeaking. very small rooms, way to small, could not organise yourself at all & definitely took away from the experience, nowhere to store luggage effectively, no bedside light. I had prepaid breakfast but there was no system in place for take away breakfast if you had an early tour on, as breakfast went from 8:00 to 10:30 and I was long gone by then most mornings, so I paid for 5 breakfasts and only had 2, and they were about $20 each, so do not prepay. lot of people smoking, possibly need to review that policy as it was a bit much at times.

good location, very friendly helpful staff, organised tour and transfer.
a bit noisy every night. weak shower.

Excellent location, 300m from the beach! And 100 from the subway!
The rooms were smelling bad and humidity.
Pillows very bad
Lockers are not working properly and they sound loud, and wake up everyone at any time in the morning.

good enough location
our room was the size for 4 beds and they shoved another bunk in to make more money for new year. only one person could move around the room at one time. they also thought it would be appropriate to have construction work done in the rooms around us from 8/9am everyday… massively overpriced and nothing going on in the hostel in terms of entertainment or any type of activity calendar like other hostels do.. no alcohol allowed from outside but they only served beer and Caipirinha?

The staff is amazing! They're friendly, give tips and just mingle with other guests so everyone feels at home
Climbing the hill to the door when you've had a little too much caipirinha...

The location is fine. But the kitchen way to small/dirty
The staff, the beds and the WiFi

Great location next to a metro station
Maybe some more attention could be paid to hygiene. The toilets were continuously clogged and the shower spray was very minimal. Many employees did not speak a word of English. You may expected this since you work in hospitality and deal with travelers from all over the world. Breakfast is very small for the amount you have to pay for it.

Great location in CopaCabana and cool roof space overlooking the jungle.
Rooms were very crowded and it was hard to sleep at the best of times. Social spaces were cramped and awkwardly laid out. Bathrooms weren’t great.

Very friendly and helpful staff. The terrace of the hostel is amazing.

Rooms were nicely ventilated & spacious
Fridges were quite messy/dirty & not kept in good order.
Check out is 11am & check in is 2pm, yet I had 4 girls come into my room the morning of check out at 9am being loud whilst waking 2 other guys in the room. I felt as if I needed to rush out so that one of the girls could have my bed/storage which is not what you want straight away in the morning?!
A member of staff told me that the girls paid for 'early check in' which I think is absurd as how does that then suit the others in the room that are trying to sleep/don't have to check out yet?

Great staff and nice environment

The location was perfect! A quick 10min (maximum) walk to the Copacabana Beach! Full control of the air conditioner all day.
The room couldn't get dry and there was mold. It is a expensive, especially when you only get a bed.
