I would stay here again

Great location and comfortable apartment with all required amenities including dishwasher and laundry supplies. Great lounge room available while waiting for check in. Great AC.

There was some street noise at night but nothing too bothersome.

Nice, new, funky apartment in a good location.

Modern, clean, comfortable, spacious, liked the kitchen. Bathroom was great, good shower, fluffy clean towels, very modern appliances. Location is really good.

Not the nicest view. Couldn't lock the window in the bedroom and couldn't bolt the front door. Neither were working properly. One flight of stairs was a bit inconvenient but not a big deal. Groceries were hard to find nearby.

Centrally located - Low price/service offering

Centrally located - well served (near metro). Very good comunication and booking management, easy check in, friendly concierge.

Poorly equipped kitchen for those who need to prepare meals independently (not even a knife to cut bread or peel fruit). Inaccurate cleaning. The mattress with two single mattresses joined in the center is uncomfortable. Apartment N was very noisy. Given the price per night I expected a higher level of services. Lisbon confirms itself as a beautiful city, but too touristy and expensive, where it is difficult to return or stay for longer periods, due to the disadvantageous price/service offering ratio. Sin.

Lisbonaire Apartments es el lugar perfecto para tu aventura Portuguesa

La comunicación previa a la llegada es excelente; la ubicación inmejorable, tanto que no es necesario comprar tarjeta de transporte; la atención es perfecta y el estudio era todo lo que esperábamos. Viajamos con nuestra mascota que tiene un cargo de 15€/día, la cocina está completamente equipada y los jabones del baño huelen de maravilla. Sin duda volveremos.

Solo un pequeño detalle que echamos en falta, un paño de cocina. Por lo demás, todo perfecto.

Posizione ottima, letto e bagno e cucina comodi e spaziosi

Migliorerei i cuscini che per me erano troppo alti e poco soffici, ma soprattutto c'era un rumore che credo venisse dalle altre stanze all'apertura dell'acqua calda

Comfortable stay

- We were traveling with our baby and this place provided a baby bundle including high chair, toys, baby bath tub, playard crib. Convenient we didn't have to pack these things. - Provides daily cleaning services (fresh towels, change of garbage, folded bed sheets). - Made use of the kitchen a lot. - Washing machine was great; although it would have been preferred if there was a dryer in the room too. For the dryer, you had to go to the basement common area to use it. It stopped working on the last night we were there. - Common area "fridge", stocked with water, beer and Coca-Cola for 1 Euros each. We did make use of that late at night. - Had a tiny lift to the apartment, although if you're on the top (3rd?) floor, there is no lift access and you'll have to take the stairs from the floor below. - Safe in the room to store valuables. - Provides luggage storage in the common space basement.

- The washroom was nice, but the shower door only went halfway... so the water would spray out easily. - Although the space was "clean", it could have been cleaner. For instance, the floors were a bit dirty, so your feet/socks would get a bit dark. - Although central, I wish the hotel was closer to more food options. It's on a street parallel to the main luxury shopping street, but a lot of taxis/Ubers/Bolts could not find the apartment entrance. The last 2 days of our trip, they blocked off the entry to the street too, so that made it more difficult for drivers to find it. - The receptionist hosts could be friendlier. - The living room couches/sofa beds were uncomfortable to sit/lie down on.

개선하기 어려운점: 위치가 도로옆이라 새벽 4시경 매일 청소차 소리. 밤 12시 이후 1시까지 길거리 사람들 소리가 들려요. 이 부분을 감안하신다면 나머지는 대 만족입니다!

Central location to visit beautiful lisbon

Great location in the heart of the city. Comfortable beds and pillows

We knew beforehand it was a car lift to the carpark. Make sure you are comfortable with this if travelling with car.

we had a great stay. the staff was so friendly and helpful. the rooftop was a great place too sit after a long day. it&#

close to town, had a kitchenette, nice big bathroom. more comfortable than a hotel room if you're going to be staying for a while. loved that it had a washing machine

not a lot of space to unpack your belongings, need more hangers... flooring in kitchen needed repair. it would be nice to have the option of NOT having maid service and the towels changed daily...

Staff were great. Location was very good. The noise level was very difficult. You could hear people coming and going from the front street door as if they were coming in the door and this was with all windows closed. And naturally people came in at late hours so our sleep was very disturbed. Beds were not comfortable.

The location is very good,close to important atractions, they have a private parking at -1 and -2 it costs 15 euro per day,a roof terace where you can enjoy the view,we had a ground apartament, the inconvenience is that the windows are in the street and you hear everything.

Nice stay

Nice apartment with kitchen and washing machine, it is also conveniently located within walking distance to shops and Rosiso, Baixa-Chiado and Praca do Comercio. The shower has good pressure. The beds are comfortable, and staff are friendly. Overall it was a nice stay.

Suggest putting password on the wifi network, I didn’t want to use it because I was concerned of the security. If your room is located on the 3rd floor, then you’ll have to take the elevator to the 2nd floor and walk up one flight of stairs.
