Loved our stay!

Loved our stay with Sonesta Inn. Our room was spacious and we loved having the seating area and balcony to use throughout the day! The bed was made daily and was so comfortable with lots of pillows and cushions! As we booked a non pool-view room, it was a nice surprise to be able to get a partial pool view. The bathroom was beautiful and we loved having all toiletries replenished daily. The bathroom is generously sized and the shower/ water pressure is excellent! The TV in our room had access to movies and live sports which was a great addition to the facilities available. The pool service was excellent and staff regularly check if we wanted refreshments or snacks. We were given pool towels to use and made to feel very welcome and relaxed around the hotel. There was some renovations ongoing during our stay but Sonesta Inn did well to keep this disruption to a minimum. The renovations are well underway and it looks like the upgrade will add to the beautiful experience at Sonesta Inn. Breakfast was delicious, with a great variety of both continental and Indian food. The food repertoire at Flavours was great, we enjoyed trying a bit of everything and welcomed suggestions from staff. We did order room service a few times and found the service to be excellent and again, staff were so kind. All hotel staff were incredibly attentive and welcoming. This was a fantastic place to just lay low and enjoy a peaceful week in a beautiful location. We were delighted to be given the opportunity for a complimentary late check out and were able to use our room until 4.30pm. For our final meal we were generously treated to a recommended 3 course meal.

There charges should be less for what they are offering.

Breakfast was really good and had a lot of variety. Location was good. It is 10 minutes walk to the main road where all shops, restaurants, etc. are available. Getting transport is no issue.

The rooms were not as shown in photos. They were much below 4 Star. The reception area is not airconditioned. The photographs on the website are misleading as they are of when the property was new.

There should be a fan in the Balcony. The shower unit in the bathroom should have grab bars and anti slip matting and a stool for senior citizens

i would say for the worth of money they have charged i think they have to further improve

its a small cozy property plus beach is accessible with some 2 3 minutes walk. Staff is good they guided me appropriately to reach the hotel

Its in a very congested place, doesn’t look like a 4 star property. food standards have gone down from what i have experienced in 2016

the rooms were disgusting and bathroom full of mould … oh and it does not have a spar on the promises as mentioned in bio completely false advertising and I’m not a happy customer. would never return

An ideal place from which to enjoy Candolim

Super location, almost on the beach, walking distance to many restaurants and shops Impeccable gardens Great pool Beautifully quiet Friendly staff, everywhere Even the basic rooms are quite large with good sized balconies Very good breakfasts, lots of delicious Indian specialties and enough european stuff if you must!

Not much The shower was clean but 2+ years of Covid closure has taken the shine off a little, especially as it was already becoming just a little dated. Grout between the tiles could do with some attention. But it felt clean.

gorgeous luxury rooms near the beach

nice place with harmonious atmosphere with clean pool and wonderful balconies. the beach is just nearby and there is a bunch of shacks with good food and drinks. just in front of the hotel there is the best restaurant in Candolim area called Harmony. beach is clean there compared to other parts of Candolim beaches. room service is great. every day you get a couple of bottles of fresh water

we experienced some mosquitos when lived on the ground floor room. breakfast needs some more continental food.

- perfect location. Close to both beach and restaurants on the main road. There is a direct private passage from the hotel to the beach so we felt very safe even during the nighttime. - clean facilities. Nice pool. - good breakfast. - neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. - spacious room

- price was expensive. But worth it, I guess.

The whole resort was beautiful. It was clean on the grounds. Breakfast was nice, dinner was nice and ok for its price.

We didn't like the fact there was mould all through our bathroom in our room. We informed reception about this

Nice hotel close to the beach

Nice location, close to the beach. The pool area is very nice and the rooms spacious, clean, and comfortable. Great variety for breakfast and both indoor and outdoor seating is available. The staff were friendly and very accommodating. We loved our stay and would definitely be back!

The shower would need to be modernized and there is some mold in the bathroom.

The staff was very friendly and courteous. Kudos to them for being prompt and always ready to help.

The breakfast was decent, however I opted for the live-station cooking since the buffet looked quite unappealing.
