Wonderful Quiet Comfortable Hotel in Huntly. A real Gem to find in Huntly

The whole place was amazing, warm and safe and elegant but homey and hosts very welcoming. Wonderful views and watched the sun set. A Great place to stay, so much better then travelling on to Hamilton. I will be using Manor Views as my go-to place to stay from now on.

No restaurant however this what not really an issue as plenty of places to get food (Roast meal) in Huntly and take it back to Hotel and room had kitchenette with toaster so made breakfast before leaving.

Excellent value accommodation in a very nice property. Driveway was narrow.

Peaceful location in a lovely, manicured setting. A stately manor.

Noise between rooms does carry through the walls a bit.

It was a place to stay the night

For a quiet room we could hear the people next time every time they went to the toilet which was quite often. The bathroom/ toilet we could hardly fit into and the smell from their made us fry reach every time we went in there.

Beautiful sceneries, an awesome hystorical place in a lovely location, everyone should visit , nicely maintained, super clean and best of all amazing staffs

Beautiful location and nice tidy accomodation complex.

Nice room, very tidy. Was only staying for one night so it was ideal for the purpose.

Neighbour parked blocking my exit even though there was plenty of parking space.

Good for a one nighter. Clean, comfortable and very friendly staff.

Stunning view Character building

Not the property but the neighbours. A woman shouting and screaming in the wee hours of the morning. Banging agains a door (?). A siren going off any time of the day. Did not get much sleep.

Manor views recommended

Peaceful and easy access to the shops avenues... We enjoyed the walkway around lake hakanoa. We stayed honeymoon suite Lake view loved every moment.

Only minor criticism was having to cook our food outside but not a major...was appreciative the owner provided us with a portable gas burner and at least the smoke alarm is operarional. Few of the light bulbs needed replacing in the room.

Beautiful grounds overlooking lake.

Staff was amazing and accommodating for late check in. Very simple room where all needs were met. Bathroom clean. Clean linens. Great location.

Our permanent long distance rest stop now!

Have stayed here before in a studio unit, which was great, so I booked in for a night with 3 grandkids in the family unit. Another great unit with ample space for them. 2 slept on single beds in the lounge, and the smallest slept on the lounge seat, which was big enough for him, and he's just turned 5 years old. Separate bedroom for us with own wall TV, small kitchen area had microwave, 2ring cooker under the bench and basic cutlery, plates and cooking utensils if needed. Big bathroom with shower, toilet,basin. Minimal toiletries, ample towels etc. So easy to book in, lovely staff, and beautiful main interior leading to all the units that have private entry and exit swipe cards. Will definitely use it as our halfway stop over when traveling down to Wellington. We had a boat and still had room to park securely outside our unit and it was so peaceful. Took photos just before left so its a wee bit messy sorry. Prices very reasonable.

Awesome.

It was close to the speedway track where we were off too for the weekend. The staff were super friendly and approachable. well maintained for the age of the property and good facilities I.e- Private bathroom, tea and coffee making facilities, T.V and a sofa.

the shower had a wee leak but, didn’t affect the shower itself, just a bit of water on the floor after use.

It was so lovely to have the communal lounge & dining area & nice & peaceful with music playing.

There was a drainage smell so possibly something that needs looking at.
