Robert set out a variety of foods that more than met our expectations for breakfast. I was able to make eggs. Everything was set out in the kitchen.
Rooms was modern and comfortable. Large shared living area was very spacious and comfortable. Views of farms.

This BnB is wonderful! What a way to start a holiday! Robert is a most gracious host and the property exceeded our expectations. Our accommodation was spacious, beautifully appointed and very comfortable. The rural aspect was delightful. The shared spaces were generous and breakfast was well provisioned. The Heaven’s Rest app was an added bonus. Information about the property and local area was comprehensive and easily accessed.

Disappointed we were relocated to an inside unit which had no table, fridge or facilities to make tea or coffee.

The. breakfast provisions were excellent.
I was expecting it to be slightly bigger, but it had everything we meeded.

I liked the spacious lounge and kitchen area and the rural views. We had lots of privacy in our own 2 bedroomed wing and access to the garden. Robert is a welcoming and friendly host.
All good.

I have seen great reviews about this property, and it met all expectations. I am sure we will be back to stay again very soon as we travel up and down to Auckland regularly.
We had a spa which was great, but there was no additional towels for a shower in the morning. A set of spa towels available would be good.

very comfortable stay, very big room, big bath room, super good kitchen facilities and comfortable living room; to have a breakfast and lunch or afternoon tea in the sunshine; the breakfast is very good. The house is veterans clean.

Fabulous property, the location was ideal as it was close to the racetrack. Plus living rurally ourselves, we find it hard to relax in busier environments, so a rural B&B is amazing. We were in and out a fair bit and travelling with a young baby, so it was nice to have our own self contained space and not needing to worry about noise through a wall. The Kea cabin was perfect, we had everything we needed and more. The experience of staying in a tiny home was exciting.
The breakfast provided was great, lots of yummy choices, having a full kitchen was so nice.
Excellent water pressure in the shower and the Kea cabin was full of natural light.
The bed was just slightly on the firm side for my personal liking.
The plunger coffee wasn’t the best, but I usually take my own and had forgotten it. Everything else was perfect.

Fantastic property, beautiful place with wonderful views. Great facilities and very homely feeling. We stayed in the wings of the house with the shared space and it exceeded expectations, was great for a group staying together but sharing a same space. Robert was so welcoming and helpful with everything we needed and the only thing that could have been better was us staying longer!

We stayed in the B&B side of this property. The way the house was set up. Kitchen, dining and family in the middle of house. Two wings on either side of that area, each having their own bathroom, bedroom and deck area.
The very well set up breakfast area was a real bonus. A great place to stay with as much privacy as you like.
Robert was lovely. Showed us around and then we didn't see him again.
Maybe the directions could be a little clearer. Maybe say something like 300m from the BP, same side of road.

WOW Heavens Rest far exceeded our expectations. From the large fully equipped kitchen, country views, luxurious bedrooms, both bathrooms had showers AND baths!, ample room to relax inside and outside. Heavens Rest met all, and more, of our needs for our stay to attend a family wedding in Ramarama. A very comfortable family farmhouse that exceeds any B&B we have stayed in before. The hosts Robert and Kurt were wonderful and so easy to communicate with at all times - from booking to departing. Thank you guys, we will be back.
Not being able to stay longer :)
