rooms were fine and beach club was good.
the Thai staff were excellent however the French manager was rude and arrogant. the residence was expensive for what it was. the frustration thing was when the manager wanted to charge us extra for loungers at the beach club.
we were residents in their boutique hotel and they wanted to charge us to use the beach club? that doesn’t work.

Excellent, high class finishes and immaculately presented. Well positioned with every amenity either within walking distance or a short drive away. Staff are incredibly friendly and accommodating. Each unit is privately accessed allowing you to really feel like you have a place of your own.
5.0 / 5.0
New, clean, modern, light bright decor, spacious, attentive management & staff, nice balcony in our 2 bedroom suite. Nice DJ music mostly in club; live singer Sunday lunchtime.
Only drawback is rooms not directly on the beachfront. A road separates hotel from clubhouse, dining and beach. But not a bother. Most windows and rooms perpendicular so Gulf view if mainly seen to far right from inside.
