Warm welcome, Friendly and attentive staff, nothing was too much trouble, and good food.

Warmly welcomed to the hotel. Momo was a lovely host for our one night stay. The dinner was really good and as we had an early start (7.15am) the following morning he made sure we had some breakfast available before we left. Our room was a good size with air conditioning and we had a large terrace outside our door.

No complaints at all really - maybe some sun loungers by or near the pool area would be good.

arredamento spartano, sarebbe utile rinfrescare gli ambienti. breve tratto sterrato per raggiungere la struttura

Super séjour en périphérie de Ouarzazate, hôte adorable

Ce qu’on a le plus aimé est l’hôte, qui était vraiment adorable. Il parle bien en français mais aussi en anglais. La maison et la piscine sont grandes et jolies. La chambre était spacieuse et propre.

Il n’y a rien que nous n’avons pas aimé. Nous avons juste eu un léger soucis avec la douche (débit d’eau et température pas constant) mais peut être parce que nous étions au 2e étage en fin de journée.

Superb

The room was big. The bed was very comfortable and the air-conditioning worked very well. The terrace was huge and was a lovely place to sit and watch the sunset and relax. The pool was very nice also. The traditional cooking was excellent. I would recommend this hotel and also encourage you to try the food there. It will not disappoint. The hosts are very knowledgeable and helpful. Thank you for a great stay))

The property had a great pool and a very nice terrace and garden. The staff was very welcoming, we talked for a while and made recommendations about our trip in Morocco.

The location is not central and it's not the most welcoming surrounding for a walk.

The location was excellent, facilities brilliant and the host Momo was incredible.

It’s a picturesque property with a pool and proper traditional clay and straw construction. Beautiful trees and seating areas, with terraces and well equipped rooms.

Amazing couples trip in Ouarzazete

Really great stay, Mohammad is a very gracious host and organised a taxi trip for us to see different attractions in the area. We were treated to nightly mint tea and Mohammad telling us about the area. My advice is dont be afraid to step out of your comfort zone and walk to the local high street/market from the hotel, the locals are very friendly especially if you greet them when walking past and knowing a few words of french is also very usefull. Also go for a walk in the valley in the early morning before the sun becomes too harsh where you will see farmers working the fields and spectacular flora and fauna. Overall it was a great place to stay and Mohammad even printed out our boarding passes for us last minute as well, we will be coming back in due time for sure.

Buy lots of bottled water everyday and wear a lot of suncream if you have fairer skin, be preapered for a slight culture shock if you havnt travelled to somewhere similiar before.

Momo is the greatest host. Is very helpful. The location is perfect, it’s outside the city, not far but enough to be in a peaceful place.

The pool is a big must, and the room are pretty.

Mohammed and his family were the most welcoming, kind and generous people. So helpful and kind, which was great as a solo female traveller. Mohammed is helpful in helping you navigate the city and is lovely to talk to. The rooms are spacious and clean with brilliant views. The food was fresh and delicious!

The Hotel is lovely and peaceful, it has a nice courtyard to relax in and a swimming pool which the children enjoyed. The owner is charming and very kindly arranged our ongoing travel to Tinghir (we didn't have a car) and a half day visit to Ait Ben Addou and the cinema studios before our departure. We had a large en suite family room. The hotel is situated just over the bridge to Ouarzazate city centre. It's a five minute walk to the high street where there is a taxi rank. You can easily get taxi to and from the centre for 35-50 dirham according to the time of day. You could easily walk. We did not eat at the property as we had not booked in advance but Ourazazate has lots of places for dinner and we enjoyed strolling around the bustling centre in the evening. Breakfast was lovely and filling.

Perfect home base to visit the beautiful area - Thanks!

Maroc Galacx was the perfect home base to go travel around in the area. We really enjoyed the chill vibe and are grateful for having Momo the nice family host us. Three things we truly loved that brought us incredible joy: The pool being already open again despite booking.com saying it was closed for the time. The peacock couple (!! - why is no one talking about this? :)) The very much fun and playful dolphin shower curtain! We‘d enjoyed our stay and would come again.

There was nothing we didn‘t like, we felt at ease here. Three things we thought that could be improved: More hot water & pressure in the shower. Making more use of the terraces and the rooftops with more cosy seatings, warm lights, sunbeds. And (but that applies to a lot of places we stayed in) offering a more diverse and fresh breakfast (fresh fruits, savoury options like eggs or avacodo). Anyways, we really enjoyed our stay. Thank you a lot to Momo and the great family.

very pleasant host

Traditional Riad, nothing fancy, but clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good as it was dinner, served in special room . Mohamed was very helpful and a lovely man. Car was parked inside home yard and save during the night.

Access from main street is difficult and roadway is in bad condition. internet in room was not working. one needs to stay on yard to use it.

Amazing location and beautiful properly. The host was such a great individual who spent a lot of time sitting and talking to us about history of Morocco and certain social things that we were curious about. Great experience and a wonderful place to stay over.

Good value accommodation and a fine host

Mohammed is a kind host and was not bothered by our delayed and late arrival. He was very polite and accomodating. The rooms were spacious and a good value.

I love animals but I think the rooster in the courtyard should go, it crows all hours of the night.

Very nice rooms and structure, clean and tidy. Mono and his family are friendly and welcoming, ready to put you at ease and help you! Great view from The terrace!
