Apartment is near Duomo of Mateo. Street is enough quite and clean.
Owner was attention.
Fungus are in the bathroom. It was not soundproofing, we stayed awake for 2 nights due to other guests. There is a kettle, but there weren't cups and tea. There isn't iron.

the location! it’s next to the Duomo in the historic centre.
It was a bit of a struggle to open the main door with the key

We were able to drop our luggage early and then were free to explore Salerno for the day. We were pleasantly surprised to find we had a small fridge and a small balcony to enjoy. The neighborhood had a very pleasant family oriented feel and there were plenty of local restaurants to choose from. The location in the old town was charming and the beach wasn't too far to walk to.

No…no…nope. Mould everywhere in the bathroom, was so gross. I hope they fix it asap. We left right away, and I told the host and they had nothing to say back to me??? Crazy.

a great location in the "old town" area of Salerno.A short walk down to the promenade / beach area with lots of restaurants nearby.

The position of the hotel is rather central. The different ports and the train station was only a 20 minute walk from the hotel
The shower was moldy. The door to the balcony crashed with the floor upon opening. The door to the bathroom crashed with the sink. We were unlucky to get room 3, it seemed like both room 1 and 2 was better. It should have been a little cleaner all together.

The support from the owner, checking in on us every day and being extremely tentative and helpful. It made our stay extra special and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The location was great. Close to everything
The bathroom shower tile had mold, only 1 quilt was provided as a blankets for 2 beds, duvet covers provided as blankets, whenever water was running or toilet flushed you can hear the pipes drain the water, very loud especially when trying to sleep. Walls are thin and can hear people in the wall way & building. No real hangers provided in closet, no iron provided, no cups, towels were old & dingy.

Location is Very good. This is it!
We have an emergency situation. The shower was broken and instead of warm water in several seconds starts an extremly hot. Due to this situation one of our children was injured. Only solvation which we have got from the owner was "I can t find a plumper. But you should know that this is not a HOTEL AND THE PRICE FOR ROOM IS LOW, SO DO NOT ASK FOR ABILITIES. So guys, you should be ready before book from this owner, if up to you arrival you would not see a beds, please know, you should sleep on the floor, becouse you have paid less. Owner insists that this is a law "want an abilities even you have paid for go to the hotel here is LOW coster room and if you suddenly recognize that there is no shower (for example), I do not promise you this and should not perform. I will add our correspondense.
