Excellent room, facilities and location

Very nice and spacious. Great style, completely renovated town house with modern interior. Great location in the heart of the town with a lot of buzz. Excellent isolation so you don’t hear a thing at night
Property is excellent, but parking is a bit of an issue in the town.

Our family of seven with five tweens and teens aged 10-16 had a wonderful stay at the 3Sixty. The hotel is located perfectly in the town center close to restaurants, shops, the square and harbour.
The rooms are airy with high ceilings and cleaned very well. Comfortable beds and quiet rooms. Only during the busier times in the weekend you can hear some noices from the street and night life. The restaurant located in the same building served a choise of breakfast each morning and we could have everything from pancakes, omelettes to bread and cheese. Coffe was great and fresh orange juice as well. There is also the possibility to use a small gym at the sister hotel in walking distance.
Th best thing is undoubtedly the staff. Everyone who worked there was so helpful, kind and extremely serviceminded. They helped with everything from restaurant suggestions, directions to different beaches, ordering taxis as well as transfers to/from the airport. When our flight was cancelled right before our arrival they helped re-arrange our transfer from the airport without any hassle - keeping in close contact at all times and making it possible to arrive at the hotel in the middle of the night. We would highly recommend anyone wanting to visit Nafplion to stay here.
The only thing that could be improved was the wifi - free but not the most high speed.

Directions to hotel. The boomgate to the hotel was in the road leading to the hotel rather than part of the hotel. Best to say which road the boom gate is on. The street on the booking.com map had the incorrect street address.

Hotel exceeded our expectations. Room was absolutely amazing! Staff were incredible and they even arranged an excellent tour guide for Mycenae for us. Breakfast was room service and absolutely amazing. Dinner at the hotel restaurant was great too. We would all love to go back!
We can’t think of anything that we didn’t like.

Interior decoration and styling, comfort, location & staff politeness
I booked a room with a fireplace intently, but there was no mentioning during the booking that the logs are charged separately on top. I think it’s fair that if you pay more for a room with fireplace you get to have at least the first load of logs to use included.
And in any case it should be mentioned during the booking.
Differently the property and our stay was exceptional!

It was amazing! Very comfortable rooms, fantastic breakfast and perfect located. We will come back!
The WLAN in the rooms should be improved ( not stable enough if you want to work and have teams Meetings. We went therefore to the dining room where the internet is reliable).

lovely room and shower , breakfast is made to order and super fresh, we lad double shot lattes, omelets , pancakes, bacon, fresh fruit , fresh squeezed orange juice to die for . bread, jams, honey pastries all served individually not a buffet. the staff are charming. we were there for Easter holiday so it was loud late at night and we were in the highest suite away from it so bad for us but if that’s the culture oh well we are old and early to bed! the first day the front staff literally walked with us to her car so we could have her spot-again who does that in the US? It was a really busy weekend so parking at the port is really hard to get. This is a historic area so no parking at any of the hotels- everyone parks at the port or on the street (no thanks). Once the Easter holiday ended- it wasn’t so difficult. We so loved the are we extended our stay and moved tot heir sister hotel Ippolito- cute but the breakfast is no where near as good there. They moved our luggage for us drug huge suitcases between rooms and wouldn’t accept tips. I have never been anywhere with such accommodations and the one sleepless night due to band noise- well I forgive them I would avoid holiday weekends just like at home in the US. Loved the mattresses- fabulous. Sheets were to die for. This was the cleanest hotel I have been in for the past 2 years. I have stayed in many US hotels lately and between the crap service due to “covid” and the awful cleaning because “we can’t enter except one per week”- I can say I am happy to spend my $$$ in Greece! They turned the air on for us in our room even though maintainence was gone. I just could go on and on about how accommodating the staff was. It’s a no-brainer to stay here !
Remote parking no designated but that’s the way it goes in this town. I did love the walkability to the many restaurants and taverns. We are well traveled and I knew to expect this parking issue- what I didn’t quite get was the craziness at night for this Easter break. Loud music from their restaurant on the weekend was bad. I will say I am very sensitive to car or street noise and booming drumbeats. LOL.

We had a queen room and it had a great fireplace which we really enjoyed. The staff was also great and the restaurant was amazing. Really good central location although you have to park and walk a bit with your bags.
The breakfast was nothing special at all and the second day we didn't say anything and were given the exact same breakfast even though we went to the restaurant hoping that might improve our experience.
