Ligger centralt vid stationen. Blir inte störd av trafiken. Originella trevliga rum.

Man blir erbjuden tidig incheckning, men informerar inte att det kostar 25 EUR.

The staff is amazing. Very kind and helpful. The rooms are adorable, very comfortable, super clean! I always love them. It’s my favourite hotel in the summer with the rooftop sin the heart of Maastricht. Couldn’t ask for more! 🙏

Ligging t.o.v station en in een wijk met bars en restaurants en parkeergelehenheid. Q park aan 16 euro voor 24 u.

Veel zakkenrollers maar dat heeft uiteraard niets met het hotel te maken.

Prima locatie in mooi gebouw.

Leuke zolderkamer.

Alleen maar losse bedden. Nota bene met Auping als partner. Matig ontbijt voor EUR 16,50.

Het was niet mijn eerste keuze en zal dat ook niet worden.

Te weinig.

Bij binnenkomst kreeg ik een verkeerde kamer aangeboden, waarop ik bezwaar moest maken. Ik kreeg een andere kamer, maar de sleutel bleek het niet te doen, driemaal is scheepsrecht, toen was de sleutel goed. Ik had de indruk dat degene die mij van dienst was, geen hoge pet van mij op had (ik ben van allochtone komaf).

schöner Aufenthalt in Maastricht.

Die Zimmer waren ausgewöhnlich groß und die Lage direkt gegenüben dem Hbf war gut. Das Frühstück war reichhaltig und gut. zur Innerstadt hin, war es nicht weit. Im Nu war man im Herzen von Maastricht.

Slechte prijs kwaliteit, geen aanrader.

Lokatie

Kleine kamer en ijskoud op de kamer. Wel een koffieapparaat op de kamer maar geen koffie, kopjes en waterkoker. Die moesten we blijkbaar bij de receptie ophalen. Toen de deur naar het magazijn open ging zagen we elektrische kachels staan, daar er ook 1 van gevraagd. Alle spullen zelf naar boven gesjouwd. Toen kregen we de kamer wel enigszins warm. We moesten hem wel steeds verplaatsen want in de badkamer was het nog kouder. Verder was de shampoo in de douche zover aangelengd met water dat je wel 20 keer moet pompen om schuim te krijgen.

Schöner Städtetripp in der Vorweihnachtszeit

Das Hotel hat eine gute Lage .Die Innenstadt ist fußläufig gut erreichbar.Die Zimmer sind einfach,aber ideenreich eingerichtet.Das Frühstück war gut und für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei.

Would go back and be one of my 1st choices

Very big room and bathroom. Beds are comfortable. Staff are helpful

Could not get my wheelchair to my room due to steps on every floor but it was last minute booking and the would have ensured I didn’t have this problem if they had been informed earlier.

Design of the rooms, chillout zone in the atrium.

Breakfast didn't worth it. But it was available from 7am, which comes handy when you have to start your day early. And lobby looks somewhat worse then the rest of the facility. Other then that, it was nice experience.

Pleasant

I liked the design. Since we needed the train, I loved the location. I liked that I could request a pillow switch, and it was well articulated. Fresh ideas on the communication and sustainability choices.

The walls were a bit thin. Late arriving neighbours could wake you up. One night from the three a ventilation machine on the roof was noisy, sleeping was challenged. The breakfast didn't include scrambled eggs.

i lost my sunglass case in my room, guess the cleaner must hv thought the designer sunglass is in it too. i only realised it when i’m about to check out and so had no time to demand to find it. also the room has a few summer bugs in it. when i arrived theres also sticky stains on the floor

I went to see Springsteen and slept at Kaboom. It was nice.

Place was clean and convenient.

I booked with my Dad and thought that we had two separate beds but they were together like a double bed. Was a bit weird.

Good location, opposite railway station but I didn't hear any noise. Clean. Cosy. Staff friendly and very helpful. Quirky messages printed in odd spots on walls - good sense of humour. Plus complimentary chocolates in room on arrival.

Ensuite a bit tight due to location of toilet in room. Bathroom vanity in bedroom as no room in ensuite. Sound insulation between floors not great.
