The people were really nice and the location was good.
The rooms were tiny, shared bathrooms, it was more a hostel than a hotel.
Snackbar in the same building, not separated from the hotel

The staff is really nice and friendly. the hotle is located in front of the main train station.
The sensor light in the bathroom is off often during taking a shower. Not bad tho

I did not have breakfast at the hotel, not even sure if that was an option. Maybe in the kebab place? Did not look appealing.
Open 24/7 means you can ring the bell and in due time someone will come. To be fair, these guys work hard on the food delivery side of the business.
The hotel part felt like a side hustle from the food business.
I understand that the location rocks and that brings up the price, but next time around I'll spend a few bucks more for something that feels like a hotel.

Great location, 2 minutes from train station, about 10 min from Vrijthof
No lift so we had to pull suitcases up narrow, steep stairs, this place would be more suited to young people as the stairs are quite steep.

Nothing. I literally liked nothing. This is the worst hotel I've ever been in
The room smelled like cigarettes. It smelled so bad that I had to sleep with a window open at -1 C outside. I instantly developed a headache which didn't go away for the whole next day. By far the worst experience I've ever had in my entire life.

The location, the comfortable bed, the en-suite bathroom and the friendly staff.
Nothing really.

The view
The showerholder was broken, so we had to manually hold the showerhead, also the showerdoor couldn't close so the whole bathroom got soaked.

great location and very nice staff

Everything was as described at the site of Booking.com There were very simple conditions, but location is really great !
The curtains were torn and held on by several rings. The window didn't close properly. Very small and cramped bathroom. For several days of stay, thе room has never been cleaned. When booking, we ordered two separate beds, in fact there was one.

Good beds and value
Damp smell in bathroom

Our room was on the third floor so lots of steps and the room was very small but it had all we need for one night stay.

Location was good.
Terrible smell of food from the downstairs snackbar. The whole night people gathered at the snackbar right under the window and where extremely loud. It was not possible to sleep.
The matras on the bed didn’t have any topping and the metal sprig’s where hurting.
The receptionist was friendly.

Room only no breakfast offered
Poor hygiene. Shower door missing. Plugs loose & wiring exposed. VERY poor lighting on stairs and in room and bathroom. loose handrail with missing spindles on stairs to list but a few

The beds were comfortable and the staff friendly.
The room was small, basic and only moderately clean. The hotel doesn’t offer breakfast, but there was nothing in the room - no kettle or tea and coffee, not even glasses for water. There was no safe. The soap dispenser in the bathroom did not function. The bathroom needs a deep clean and some renovation. There was mould on the seals under the shower door. The bedroom door didn’t quite fit and the plank under it slid away. Overall we felt it was very expensive for what it was.
