The location was great but the breakfast was not good.

This Hotel is nice, clean, comfortable and quiet. Those are the most important to me.

I really liked the quietness at this hotel. I appreciated the clean room, comfortable bed, and the helpful staff. I liked the layout of the room, the nice bathroom and full size kitchen. I also liked the area it is located, safe and secure, not noisy, unattractive or unsafe. I would have used the pool and exercise room but did not have time.

I did not like being charged for parking, did not see the purpose for that.

Die Empfangsdame war liebenswürdig. Wir hatten freundliche Gespräch.

Im Badezimmer und im Wohnzimmer waren Kakerlaken, und trotz unserer Bitte, gründlicher zu putzen, blieben die Kakerlaken unsere Reisebegleiter. Das Frühstück war eine Zumutung, zumindest, wenn man aus Europa kommt, und insgesamt wirkte das Hotel heruntergekommen. In dieses Hotel werden wir nie wieder fahren.

My Stay in South Austin

There were so many amenities in the room ... even a stove with two burners. The staff were all so friendly and helpful. The A/C worked great, considering how hot it was outside.

Wonderful stay for five days. Enjoyed catching up with friends.

Breakfast had many good options. Bed was big and comfortable. Bathrooms large with bid walking shower. Pool was open with great hours being open. Close to the airport and other important places. Enjoy our stay there.

the receptionist who welcomed me was very kind and made her best to ensure a comfortable staying. the gym has essential equipment, and the pool is comfortable as well as the laundry.

very poor breakfast. in 3 days, they came just one day to make my room, and made 1 sole bed out of 2. there were guests with cats, so there was a bad smell of cats’ food along the corridor.

Great hotel & stay, just a few tweaks needed to be perfect

Overall had a great stay and would stay again! The lobby is very nice, staff were accommodating and helpful for ideas of what to do in Austin. We had our 2 year old daughter w us and used their pack and play which was nice and the room was spacious w a pretty full kitchen.

There are a few small tweaks that could be made to make this a 10. First, the pool area is super lacking.. the pool is tiny, which is fine w me really, but there were NO shade options and only 2 towels put out. My daughter and I splashed around a bit but with no umbrellas for shade options in the 106 degrees.. we had to get out of there before we burned! Also, the black out curtains need to be about 6 inches longer all around. The outside light at night made it where we could not get the room totally dark, and as soon as the sun came up sun was coming under the shades.. just very poor design. This is critical with a baby!! The second night we had to move her pack n play to the bathroom (good thing it was big enough)

Excellent value, good customer service, and lovely place to stay in a good location.

The staff service was excellent, and the rooms were large, well-equipped, and comfortable. There was plenty of room for storage, and the kitchen area was ideal for our needs. We've stayed at three different hotels for one week in this area for the same activity over the past three years, and this hotel was BY FAR the best of the ones we stayed at. We've finally found the hotel where we can stay for future trips.

The breakfast was okay, but it was the weakest of the offerings. The waffles were good, but they were out of things several times, including cereal, milk, and orange juice. They could also have a bit more variety, but the value was decent.

The staff was awesome and the location was great for the event we were there for.

All the rooms were on different floors and the air went out in one of the rooms and the shower wasn’t working an other room

Great stay

It was nice to have a full kitchen (except for an oven, which no one wants in a Texas summer). The room was well laid out, clean, and the staff were helpful and friendly.

The only downside: the place can be tough to find. Several businesses, including another hotel and a huge movie theater, are in a large commercial area, and share the same address, all connected by windy, twisty access roads, and the Towne Suites are sort of tucked away in a corner. We had trouble finding it, and so did a friend, and a pizza delivery driver. Some better signposting would be an improvement.
