The hotel location was good, it was a very basic room and bed. There was nobody at the front desk and had to wait for somebody after calling to check in from the lobby because it was after office hours but not bad in general.

I’m checking in at the hotel after 11 pm, nobody is at the lobby and no one respond on the after hour line

I’ve stayed at this property before, but this time they change a lot. They don’t offer kitchen stuff or utensils anymore. I didn’t like how it wasn’t any small towels to use, they only give dry towels and medium towels. I’m glad I brought backup. The housekeeping tried to come in my room twice while I was staying there, I never ask for housekeeping service.
It’s not a bad property, I just wish they gave more than what they charge to stay at their hotel.

Thought I give this property a try because it had a kitchen. It didn’t come with any forks, spoons or anything to cook or bowls. The room felt alil stuffy so I had to open the window when showering. And you can hear the everything outside with the window fully closed. The stay wasn’t all bad I would give it a 6

The entire hotel smelled horrible, a mix of wetness, smoke and piss. I wouldn't stay here again and wouldnt recommend it.

Elevator smelled of dog urine and feces. As did the hallways. Room wasn’t serviced by housekeeping during stay. Broken sink head and bath tub head. At $400+ per night I’d expect clean hallways, a clean elevator and a sink head and tub head that aren’t broken.

Check in was no problem. Room was . . . Ehhh. No wash clothes or hand towels in bathroom. Floor mat for shower turned out to be a hand towel. Walls are paper thin. On the plus side hot water was good, not sure about soaps and shampoos - I bring my own. Overall I would not stay here again unless absolutely no other choice.

Their was a foul smell the entire time outside in the halls, and roaches. I will not stay again.

The room had a chemical smell and everything just felt dirty. We consider just leaving, and taking a long drive back after a long day and cut our loss with our money.

Ac makes a lot of noise and it seems like there were horses running around upstairs. Room looks good online and in pics but not in person. 10/10 would not stay here again.

Check in was decent but that's where it ends. The smell in the entire hotel is stomach churning. Exterior doors were propped open all night. My room was obviously a smoking room even though it was supposed to be non-smoking. Our floor smelled like a very used catbox. There is no entrance...you have to use the driveway next door and cut through the parking lot. It is not marked and it's on a one way street so most guests have to do several laps to figure out where to pull in. I do NOT recommend this facility.

While the front office is clean there is a terrible musty odor. Upon entering the room a different order but still not good. Flooring coming up in the bathroom. Beds were very stiff and I found them to be uncomfortable.

People blasting their music outside hookers outside.

I am so frustrated about my stay. I have been staying in this hotel for 4 -months now. Yet they refuse to keep my keycard activited. Im having to wait until they are open to get my keycard activated. They have no afterhours number to call and the emergency call phone isnt working properly

No accessible rooms available. We reserved 2 queen beds, accessible room and none were available. Thank you for not charging us. Front desk clerk was very helpful, thanks.
The info online was very misleading.

The staff was kind, but the overall cleanliness wasn’t good. It stinks like dog and mildew inside the building and smells really bad on the outside like urine and trash.

The room itself was decent but you can tell this is an older property. The room smelled clean but the hallways reeked of a permanent odor (possibly pot). The staff were very friendly and attentive to details. I brought my dog and they had a small area in the back for pets but the rest of the property is asphalt. I was next to a room that loudly opened and closed their door constantly, so sound was a mild problem. It was inexpensive so I guess you get what you pay for.

The first time I had stayed here about a year ago. They asked me to check the room conditions and if it was ok, I could stay there. AC was not working. Didn’t let me change rooms...I had to wait about an hour for the maintenance man to show up. The manager at the front door always looked unhappy to be there and would never greet people walking in. This second time around that I booked, I decided to give it a try again since the location was convenient for me. There’s plenty more hotels in the area, I now know better. I booked ahead for a weekend and when I showed up to check in, 3 employees were working the front desk and no one greeted me yet again. This time the room they tried to give me was dirty! The bed was not made either. Clearly housekeeping hadn’t been there. I returned back the key and let them know they might want to send housekeeping there. They didn’t apologize or act surprised, the lady that helped me got on the computer and started looking for another room. While she did this, the manager “Bridget”, finally acknowledged me only to ask if I had an “animal” with me. I replied yes. She said it’s a $200 pet deposit. I asked if it was a new thing because nowhere on the website does it say anything about it nor had I been charged that the previous time I stayed there. I thought it was weird she only told me this after I asked for a different room. They have terrible customer service, a rude manager with an attitude setting the example, on top of bad housekeeping.

All was well but the elevator stopped working my last day there

Average room, fine for the price. Extremely loud by the freeway, and the room only had blinds with no curtains so there’s nothing to dampen the sound. The AC unit was also in a weird spot so the air barely reached my bed.

Cleaning and they don't take out the trash, everything else is good

The staff here is great! They will treat you like family and make you feel right at home! It has been a long time since a hotel has made me feel right at home and these guys should be proud of the hotel that they help operate!

The hotel was nice and everything was ok, the only issue I had was a weird noise coming and go all throughout the day. It made it hard for me to sleep and people just chilling outside and in the lobby earlier hours of the morning(3-5am).
3.0 / 5.0
The lobby has a gagging smell of freshener.
Shower was clean but the rat looked a bit spartan: chipped paint, water damage by the window, broken piece of blind left a view from outside into the room.
Room 122 has a kitchen and full fridge, but no utensils to cook anything, not even coffee.
The bathroom door gets stuck and doesn't close all the way.
All expected given the $65 rate.

There is no driveway accessing the hotel--you need to use the parking lot next to it to get in, which is a minor-ish issue, but a pain. The hotel was understaffed. There was no one there to check me in, and two guests coming out told me that was typical. The young man who eventually came down seemed perfectly nice and competent, but he told me there was an elevator malfunction, and it took him time to get from the rooms to the desk. The problems on site were not his.

The area around the hotel was not a nice neighborhood. Construction is going on two establishments before the hotel.

I love this place. Everyone is friendly. The location is great, near plenty of stores and places to eat. They Limit access in the hotel at 11 pm so random people can't just walk in or around the premises. The thing I didn't like was the fact that workers kept trying to enter my room without prior notice hours before check out time. The first time they didn't knock at all then the second time they knocked but didn't allow me time to respond before coming in.

Great place to stay. Great location, very professional staff. I love the fact that they lock up the premises by 11 pm so random people can't just walk up and enter the property. Also I love that they have a decent washing room which takes coins or payment via an app.

Very clean rooms and property. Staff was super nice. Room has a refrigerator, cooktop, and microwave but NO pots, pans, or utensils. No coffee maker in the room. No ironing board. No hairdryer. VERY basic room with a bed.
