Great stay

The staff is very friendly, great pool, big rooms.

It’s located near the main road and it’s almost impossible to cross it it you are walking.

L’emplacement car il est impossible de se rendre à pieds quelque part. La route est trop dangereuse. Il faut prendre un taxi.

部屋は広く清潔感がありバスタブまで有り熱いお風呂に入ることができとてもくつろげます。部屋の前にプールがあるのがまた良いです。スタッフは明るく礼儀正しいです。ビーチまで歩いて15分くらいかかりますが、私は散歩が好きなので問題ありませんでした。

カードキーも取り扱いを教えてもらい問題が無かった。バスタオル2枚、ハンドタオルが欲しかった。でも1泊の価格が安いので良くなかった点は無いと思います！

Ottima struttura, ma in zona isolata

Struttura bella, grande e pulita, ottima pulizia e staff.

Si trova in una zona un po lontana dal centro e dalle attrazioni, inoltre usciti dalla struttura ci si trova su una strada ad alta velocità, impossibile attraversare.

The best option near to the airport

Good location 15 min drive from airport, wide room and bathroom, beautiful pool. The staff was very friendly and helpful, they fix our urgent laundry needs in a few hours.

A quiet, safe place with excellent staff

Clean sheets and big pillows on a big comfortable bed. We woke to the sound of sweet birdsong, and later went to sleep to the sound of the pool waterfall. Great massage at onsite spa. The layout and design is excellent. All staff were fabulous!

Very busy road nearby so couldn't walk to supermarket. Bigger coffee cups in room would be good.

Great place but the fitness centre shouldn't advertised as so.

Staff great, pool great, room great. It's quiet, comfortable and the wifi is fast.

The "fitness centre" is not a gym, it is a hot room with one exercise bike with a broken pedal strap, and one broken treadmill. There is nothing else. The treadmill was out of use when I arrived for 3 days - I booked this hotel specifically because it had a treadmill. The staff told me it would take a month to fix, so I made them do it quickly. It then broke again a few days later. Fitness centre should not be advertised on this property. Everything else was great. Would have been 10/10 if the treadmill worked, and they added at least some dumbbells.

good access to common pool from our balcony directly. staffs are very friendly and respond fast to our requests. fast and good housekeeping.

drivers cannot find the location, cars hard to get in, one way. can see flies at the restaurant. toilet hot water are unstable.

Gaing Mas Villa's review

The villa was private and the staff were very friendly and helpful and accommodating. We had a water leakage from a pipe on our last days and they really tried to help but was under ground. To apologize they dropped us at the airport for free saving us money and we thank them.

Their was no specific scooter parking for guests. Also their was no protection from the rain when going into the room suggest extending the eaves.

Beautiful accommodation at a reasonable price.

excellent room size, wonderfully comfortable bed and beautiful deep bath. I loved the little kitchen/storage area which had its own sink and mini fridge as well as large enough area to hold your bags so the bedroom and living area can stay clutter free. The entrance to the pool via your balcony area was also a lovely touch.

The internet was a bit of a pain. you constantly have to sign in again and again anytime you close down your phone/laptop/table which meant I was not getting (sometimes very urgent) messages because my phone was not connected to the internet unless I was using it.

Beautiful spot, perfect for a private getaway!

The private villa was incredibly beautiful! it really was private! The pool was absolutely amazing and the staff were very kind.

Always a pleasure.

Location is close to the airport and not that far from Jimbaran beach. The stretchy pool is amazing. Just one step out of the room.
