Excelente pela tranquilidade sem barulhos e próximo da Plazade armas

Cama e acessórios excelente, ducha bem quente!

Não é uma crítica geral mas como somos brasileiros gostamos de mais variedades porém o pouco que há no desaiuno é o suficiente!

No volvería.

La habitación era amplia, la ubicación es buena relativamente cerca a todo.

La limpieza no era buena, mi equipaje resultó lleno de hormigas, notábamos que cuando limpiaban la habitación no barrían, el desayuno es poco variado y cuando se acaba algo no te lo ofrecen lo ponen tiempo después cuando ya desayunaste, te ofrecen para llevar pero es muy básico, en una ocasión nos dieron agua y un montón de frutas que aún no estaban aptas para comer, la habitación es oscura, con muy poca ventilación y adicional ubicada frente a la zona de comedor, en varias ocasiones tuve que levantarme a apagar las luces en la madrugada por que entraba luz por la ventana sobre la puerta y cuando no era eso, el personal del hotel usaba la licuadora a las 11 o 12 pm, cuando intentas descansar ya que todos los días estás despierto antes de las 4am.

El desayuno fue bastante completo y delicioso, la habitación era bastante cómoda, siempre hicieron el aseo correspondiente y la atención fue espectacular. Además, la ubicación era muy buena, a 10 minutos de la plaza caminando.

Creo que no hay algo que no me haya gustado, salvo la calidad de los enchufes, solían quedar algo sueltos. Pero fuera de eso, la experiencia fue totalmente buena y la recomiendo al 100%, volvería otra vez.

Lo rústico del alojamiento, lo calientito de la habitación!

Un poco metido en una calle angosta, pero no afecta en absoluto la gran estadía que tuvimos mi familia y yo :)

I couldn't stay at hotel casa Fierro because they recolated me a day before my stay.

I didn't like that I couldnt stay at the place that i've had booked and they didn't do anything to make their mistake agrreable, they didn't lower the price and told us that if dind't take the other offer it wasn't their problem.

Precio- Calidad

Excelente atención por parte de las personas que asisten en el hotel. Nos brindaron las facilidades para quedarnos después del check out en las instalaciones del Hotel haciendo uso de sus servicios. Personal muy amable y atento. Las instalaciones del hotel cumplen con lo descrito, considero que es ideal para familias y viajeros solos. El Hotel se encuentra a unas cuadras de la plaza que sin dificultad se puede ubicar, los días que estuvimos nos pareció un lugar seguro a pesar de lo algo desolado que se pueda visualizar.

El baño emanaba olores no deseados de las tuberías pero imagino que es circunstancial, nada para espantarse pero seria bueno revisar.

Pueden mejorar en la permanencia de la persona de recepción, la mayor parte del tiempo no se encontraba y había que esperar para ingresar al hotel, peor aún, mientras más tarde uno llegue, más demoran en abrir…

Todo bien

El hotel es muy cuco, el patio central donde se toma el desayuno luminoso y agradable. Las habitaciones estaban limpias y ordenadas. Staff muy agradable, nos dejamos una cosa en el hotel y nos gestionaron que nos lo trajeran al aeropuerto muy rápido.

Para mi gusto el colchón era un poco duro, pero es cuestión de preferencia, a mi pareja le gustó.

Aceptable, pero no recomendable

No me gusto que cuando se llegaba tarde al hotel (tipo 11 o 12 pm) no abrian. En nuestro caso pasamos mas de 40 minutos timbrando y al final nos abrio la puerta otro huesped el cual nos conto que al él tambien le habia pasado. La ubicación del hotel entendemos que esta en una zona insegura (solo lo supimos porque un guía que nos iba a recoger para un tour nos conto) por lo cual el que no abran la puerta y uno tenga que esperar en la calle expuesto a cualquier peligro me parecio grave.

Great locations, very friendly staff.

The room was very clean and beds were comfy. A heater was also provided for some cold nights. Breakfast was very good and staff were super nice. They also let us keep bags there overnight when we went to Machu Picchu. Great location and walking distance to all the sights.

Very noisy, had trouble sleeping due to the outside noise.

Fotos engañosas, no es como se ve

La ubicación es buena, cerca de todo pero lo suficientemente alejado del bullicio.

Tienen que darle mantenimiento a las instrucciones inmediatamente, las puertas del baño eran totalmente imposible cerrarlas, si quieres ver un rato la televisión necesitarás algo para distinguir qué ves, las fotos son totalmente engañosas, la realidad es muy mediocre

La atención desde el minuto uno que llegamos, además siempre disponible agua caliente para té y café, desayuno incluido. El personal maravilloso, nos sentimos como en casa 😊

La ubicación de noche, me daba un poco de miedo, pero 3 tiendas cerca ayudo bastante y nos recomendaron un taxi y fue seguro

Place to stay if there is no where else to stay

Good location, nice breakfast, clean, warm.

Staff is a bit off, you need to ask for things multiple times, no hot water only lukewarm. Very noisy as windows were facing main dining area and staff will start to talk and do their stuff from 5am! Also lights from outside will come to our room at night which made harder to sleep. Breakfast was great but they need more staff to prepare them as we had to wait for a coffee 30min… also no one speaks English and when I left them a message what problems we are having they didn’t even reply. Glad it was only 2 nights.

Great stay and value for the price.

The breakfast was great. Location was excellent. When the front desk knew we had to leave early for our tour the next morning, they started breakfast earlier for us, which was amazing.

The main eating area was so cold. No heater or heating there.

- they told us if we want to pay with card we will be charged with 8% comission or need to pay with cash, and they didn't suppose to say that, if we booked via booking, we had to give all the cash we had for our stay, as we weren't aware they misled us; - everywhere in the room was some candy on the floor like the cleaning ladies would eat that and drop, it was sticky - mold in the bathroom ceiling

Exceeded expectations

We were pleasantly surprised with the size and quality of the room. The staff were very helpful and accommodating, especially as this was our first stop on our trip. Breakfast, shower, and heating were great!

The location was fine for us, but the 10mins uphill walk in the cold at night may not suit older/less mobile guests

Nice stay for the price but hearing the doorbell relentlessly was just unbearable

Staff were lovely despite limited English but google translate helped. Laundry service next door was good, quick & cheap. Comfy bed and bedding.

Firstly, The airport transfer didn’t arrive. We waited 45mins and took a taxi for a higher price. The owner apologised though and offered to take us bk to the airport when we needed for free. Secondly, The melodic doorbell going off day & night was just too much. We were in no2 which was close to reception unfortunately and the tune blasted out annoyingly quite often. You could also hear next doors doorbell. And I think the mozzys got in through the bathroom window which was fixed slats and not closeable.

Good service for the price, but not the quality that I expected from a 3 star hotel

The place was good compared to the price that I paid. They provided free hot water. I had enough space in the room as a single person to relax after a long hiking trip.

The staff couldn't speak English. There were some marks on my bed sheets. There was no hair dryer in the room - I needed to ask by myself for them to deliver it. When they entered my room for cleaning (even though I didn't ask for it), I noticed that my personal items are relocated and my luggage & personal items were checked. The first night that I came in, they took away the second towel that I had saying that I'm staying by myself and one towel is enough. They sell water for a price in a country where you cannot drink tap water - It was the first time that I experienced such a thing in a 3 star hotel.

They don’t have facilities for breakfast, one day we have a early trip and they just give me a bottle of water, and the day that we stay at the hostel and we want to take the breakfast they just give us a cup of coffee and a egg … was really bad. The photos that show the hotel do not look anything like how it really is, we had a room without a window or any type of ventilation, completely dark. Also when we were living the hotel they charged extra 10 USD. I don’t recommend this hotel.

Perfect place to stay when you are in Cusco

The hotel has a great location only 10min walk from the main square in a very safe area. The room and the bathroom was really spacious and clean. The bed is really comfortable. There is hot water and good water pressure (which I heard is not so common in Cusco). The staff are wonderful and helpful people! They stored our luggage’s while we were at Machu Picchu and let us stay longer to wait our transfer from Cusco. This was our best accommodation in Peru. 100% recommended!!!
