it is alright but not very comfortable.

Good Property

It is marriage palace cum Auditorium,hence bit noisy.Bathroom is very dirty and not maintained properly.No provision of tea/ coffee in the room .No alternative of cup of tea in morning etc.

Room Allotment is good. Parking facilities are good

Food Options are very minimal and Taste is also very normal. Being at the heart of Madurai City good food options and tastee food would have been provided. Seems like restaurant is running only with the help of trainee students from catering colleges

Rooms was spacious and comfortable except the bathroom faucet leaks. Can be further improvised. Worth for money. Location though close to highway but little isolated. Very close to MGR bus stand. Was happy with stay. Staff were very polite.

Bathroom flush and faucet. Sometimes minor corrections make lots of difference.

The rooms are standard nice rooms with nice bathrooms. We had rooms with a great balcony to the north. Good service where we are asked if we are doing well and if there is something we need. We asked for late check-out (4 pm). We got that without extra cost. nmai Lake and a hectic Melur Main Road, sit on the roof terrace with the Tamil Nadu Mountains in the background. We are warmly received by a nice staff and the chef will recommend food himself. The food is delicious and well cooked wirh different flavors and varieties. PROFESSIONAL! We did not have breakfast on day one but were called from the reception and had breakfast delivered in the room. Professional, nice and very good!

Pre checkin amount charged but suddenly next day they inform saying we need to checkout early too. Even though we paid amount only after speaking they agree for normal checkout timing. Other than that everything else was good.
