Must visit tropical beach island stay.

The location to shopping and beach is ideal. Not on the beachfront which would be more crowded, but one small block from the beach. Size of the apartment was very good for living areas as well as bedrooms. The air conditioners were very effective in tropical climate. The showers worked well. Rinse area outside apartment to rinse off beach sand good facility. The host was flexible for early check-in as this was an opportunity taken and most appreciated. Host advised to only consume bottled water in the apartment and this is an important note.

This would have been a superb apartment rating booking if the kitchen was cleaner with good utensils and crockery and cutlery. The gas stove was also not well-maintained by previous guests as it could be cleaner. The cupboards could have been cleaner including the fridge top. Small details would have made this excellent in comparative terms.

Good value for a plain room in good location

No breakfast. Location was fine, just a few minutes walk from the beach. Felt quite secure, as there was a separate locking front door.

It was a very plain room with a hard bed, and the AC went out in my first few minutes there, (though the power came back on after 30 minutes or so. Had mosquitos in the room, coming in under the front door, so I used a towel to block that off. Room was cheap, so worth the price, but I wish I'd found a classier place to stay for two nights...

Superb

Comfortable and spacious, we had a great stay at OUR Place.

There was loud music from the building next door at night (maybe a club).

Great location. Good Price but noisy

The apartment is really spacious, the kitchen has enough appliances (refrigerator, freezer). The rooms had a good AC. Location was close to the main beach

It was a little sandy, there was no soap or shower gel. Also in the night can be really noisy and early in the morning is the same. Also if you left something on the kitchen counter for an hour,, ants appeared. The apartment needs a little of aesthetic reparations, some finishings look careless.

Great location and big

Location was great!!

It would be great if the main room window is change for one that is noise proof. It was difficult to sleep without waking up several times during the night due to the street noise.

Best place to stay in San Andres!

The apartment is amazing! The hosts are extremely helpful and I could not think about anywhere else to stay on San Andres, but at their place.

Not a good place

The location that is really central and near to the beach

Looking for a place close to the beach, market, and stores? This Is perfect. Want a dirty, dusty, and smelly place? You will get all that here. Let’s start with the kitchen, the fridge was very old. The kitchen lacked appliances and the counter was dirty. The pots were in bad condition and everything would stick when you cook. The smell of the whole house was unbearable, according to the owner, there was a party the night before and they threw eggs all over the place. The balcony’s door couldn’t be locked, so we slept with a sofa against it. There was no AC in the living room, just an old fan that didn’t do much for the space. The windows were old and some of them didn’t close properly, water and noise are easy to enter. There were three rooms. They were spacious, the bed sheets were greasy, the side tables were dusty, and the AC’s were VERY old and loud. The two bathrooms looked and smelled like a STREET FAIR RESTROOM. One of them, the shower can’t be used because there was a leaking coming from the AC and the other one the shower door was broken. Even after cleaning with bleach, still smell like pee and door was kept closed so the smell couldn’t get all over the place. There are many reasons for not posting pictures of the bathrooms, you can now wonder why. I wish I can post pictures of what the reality with this place is. San Andres is beautiful, but I can assure you that staying in this place can ruin that experience. We were a mix group of Europeans, Americans, and Colombian and we all agree that this place was HORRIBLE.

Okay

Central located, just a peak from the beach. Spacious apartment. Owners are very humble.

I expected more from this high-rated and well priced apartment. -Very noisy and old A/C. Especially in the smallest bed room. -A lot of noise from traffic in master bedroom and only half of the curtain covers the window. Very bright morning light straight in. -The apartment in general needs and upgrade and from an average of 9,4(!) on Booking you should expect more than only one lightbulb working in the whole livingroom. -Internet is superslow (this is in general a problem for the whole island)
