Muy bueno

La ubicacion es inmejorable, y aun asi el ruido de la calle no se escucha en las habitaciones. El personal es muy gentil y servicial, me dieron una habitacion mejor que la que habia reservado y estuvimos muy comodos en toda nuestra estadia.

La ultima noche no habia agua caliente y no era posible arreglarlo, pero eso no opaca la estadia!

El personal fue muy amable y dispuesto a colaborar.

El alquiler de un carrito de golf. En el hotel te ofrecen, muy amablemente, la posibilidad de alquilar uno, pero la empresa no envió un carrito adecuado. Techo malo y manubrio desajustado.

Faltaban cosas, solo tiene aire acondicionado dormitorio, el agua para consumo hay q comprar y eso quita tiempo. Falta un estante en baño donde dejar cosas personales. Y un lugar donde esperar los vuelos. El hall es una ncomodo y hace mucho calor

Atendeu as expectativas

Hotel fica de frente pra praia principal, meu quarto tinha uma vista lateral pra praia de Jhonny Cay, achei top. Cama era confortável, quarto amplo e atendeu muito bem as expectativas.

O fato de não ter café da manhã não era um problema, compramos os materiais necessários e fizemos na cozinha do quarto, o que valeu muito a pena. Outro fator é que pra chegar no hotel vc deve ficar na rua principal, que fica na esquina da av. e caminhar um pouco pois o hotel não tem acesso direto pra rua, pra quem tem muitas malas ou carrega criança, pode ser um fator negativo.

It was wonderful and an unforgettable experience. Very romantic and peaceful. The view was amazing.

No breakfast was offered but we really enjoyed our stayed and location was exceptional. We definitely go back to the same room in San andres . I highly recommended for couples that want to relax and in the same time be near everything is going around. We love the location and the view from the bed and the room and balcony was simply amazing.

We didn’t have a coffee maker but the staff was so nice that when we mentioned it she offers one but we finally decided not to use it because we were having the best coffee one block away from a street vendor that was really good.

Exceptional

The staff was very helpful meeting our needs. I will probably stay there again. The hotel was very close to everything. Getting to the hotel was a little tricky to get to because, it is in a pedestrian only zone which required a walk of about a block and a half. This is also actually a big plus, no crazy motor cycles to deal with near the beach.

Some of the other residents were very noisy for multiple nights.
