Great location & very warm & cozy & heater was on when we arrived.
Needs a new kettle that switches itself off, and it is noisy in the morning due to the alley beside the house that adjoins the supermarket so trucks coming for deliveries early each morning.
Needs new mattresses on 2 beds, not overly comfortable!

Location and price

Excellent location. Good heaters and comfortable beds. Enclosed yard for our dogs
Noisy at times with delivery trucks going into IGA- starting as early as 5am
Lacked some basic supplies like tissues, milk

Conveniently located. Walking distance to most of what Port fairy has to offer. Bed linen was nice and clean.
Located right on a lane way which services the supermarket and several other businesses in the main street. The deliveries start from very early morning and go all day. The trucks reverse down so close to the side of the house they can't even open the passenger doors. The house at a glance is clean but the cups -dirty, bath- dirty, cutlery-dirty, breadboard- dirty. There was a dust bunny under the bed the size and shape of a sausage. I had to change my clothes after sitting on the outdoor furniture having a morning coffee as the whole back porch is filthy. After poor sleep, not being able to sleep in, sit out and have a coffee and relax and not being able to get a refund for our last night we decided to blow our money and leave early.

great place, well maintained and location
no internet or smart tv

Comfy and beautiful interior, location was perfect, fully fenced backyard for dogs.
Noise level in the house (every step was very noisy), disgusting tap water, bathroom wood looked rotten.

The property was so close to the main shops and walking distance to the beach. Great getaway for the family and fur babies.
The property was clean but not great. Being a pet friendly property there was lots of fur and a strong dog odour witch took a while to get used to. The floor boards have seen better days and there was there was not enough couch seating.
5.0
easy walk to main street & the claw foot bath was nice
The reversing trucks down the lane 1 metre from the bed with no buffer from around 7am & no blockout blinds. The log heater didn’t work so it was a bit chilly.
6.0
Overall space, location, quality of linen, comfort in beds
insufficient soap and liquid soap. No BBq or adequate outdoor setting, No WiFi, no screen door on back door, therefore too many flies.

Great array of amenities. So many nice touches made staying for a few days easy.
Unfortunately I did not fully check the property location which is to the rear of the main supermarket in Pt Fairy. We were subject to delivery trucks and vehicles from early to mid morning each day. A major distraction for us.
10.0
Great location, great facilities (kitchen was particularly we’ll appointed) and comfy beds.
The trucks in the lane way nearby were a little noisy but this didn’t bother us as it was wonderfully quiet at night.
5.0
Central location. Pleasant big family room
Surrounded by big unloading yard, noisy at times. Couldn’t open bedroom windows for air. Shower base dangerously slippery. Back yard uninviting. Unkempt front yard. Dirty bins.

great position
one bathroom and toilet in bathroom. backyard needed mowing.

Close to everything. Able to walk around and see most of Port Fairy by foot.

The house was very clean and cosy and the beds were very comfortable. Its a great location to park the car and walk everywhere.

The heater.
Wardrobes. There was no hanging space in 2 bedrooms. An extra toilet would be nice.

Location, gas fire and general layout, felt like home

Location is great , 2nd year we have stayed there for our annual sisters weekend, plan to book for next year again.
There is nothing to dislike about the property. One small thing, The bedroom on the right as you go into the house needs new pillows, and a mattress topper would make the bed more comfortable . Otherwise we loved our weekend stay.
