Fantastic stay in this lovely apartment.

Great central location. Apartment was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay Frank met us on arrival and made sure we were settled and gave us some tips on nice places to eat We hope to return to Kilkenny again and will certainly be looking to see if we can stay in the apartment when we do.

Everything was great. Apartment is on top floor so if your mobility is poor then this may not be for you.

Great host, beautiful views, perfect location

The host, Frank, is so lovely! Very helpful and gave some amazing recommendations! The location is amazing (right in the centre) with incredible views out to the city. The apartment was also massive.

Property in a perfect location in the centre of Kilkenny. Close to bars and restaurants. The apartment itself is great. Lovely living area and 2 spacious bedrooms. Frank was great, had a small issue and he got it sorted straight away.

A good find.

Location was excellent, very spacious, good beds, good shower in ensuite bathroom, hot and cold water had good pressure, very airy, lots of restaurants and cafes nearby, close to historical sites. Frank the owner was very helpful and helped carry our cases two flights of stairs. Frank helped us with parking information. It was not an issue.

Overall great. I think adding some mirrors in the two bedrooms would be helpful. There is no elevator and it was not a problem for my daughter and son inlaw but an older couple should be mindful.

A little issue with the shower but the owner reassured me it would be fixed immediately. Wasn't a huge issue.

The location was great. The balcony was nice to relax on after a busy day. Comfortable beds.

The apartment was imaculate, spacious and to top it all off, there were fab views from the balcony.

I have to say this is one of the nicest apartments we've stayed in for quite a while. The host, Frank (a local Kilkenny man) warmly welcomed us and shared all the important details for a very comfortable stay. The apartment was well stocked with every amenity. Of course the location can't be beat, it's right in the heart of the Marble City!

We disliked nothing about this property. There are quite a few stairs up to the unit.

Most enjoyable stay in Kilkenny at a lovely central apartment.

Very central location, right in the heart of Kilkenny. Liked the personal welcome by Trish who told us lots about the local area. Small balcony was perfect to enjoy the lovely weather.

Furnishings a little bit tired but apartment spotlessly clean .

Frank was easily available to help answer any questions. Gave great recommendations that suited our needs as well. There were the basic essentials available in the kitchen. Dunnes was across the street to pick up food which was so convenient.

I would have liked to see recycling bins to put our recycling in. In other places, they had an international adapter available which helped us out as we needed to share one. Great job Frank!

very spacious, everything you needed. absolutely central to everything. only one thing to keep in mind there are 50 steps to carry luggage up to apartment but worth it for location.

Ideal for an adult family to rest, tour, dine out and play board games. Kilkenny fantastic location

Location was ideal and we received great advice as to where we could park our car over a weekend and dine. The apartment was comfortable and warm on a winter weekend. This property had good views.

We loved the location of this apartment, right in the center of town and so easy to enjoy everything Kilkenny has to offer. The apartment is very nice and Frank is an exceptional host and wonderful to work with. We appreciate him very much. We will be going again next year for the bike race Ras na mBan and will be very excited to book this apartment again. It was furnished nicely, had wonderful internet and everything we needed. Right across the street from a grocery store and restaurants all around us. Loved it.
