Nice cabin near a road

Nice view and nice and clean

Noise from nearby motorway meant that sitting outside was not all that pleasant

Excellent value, very peaceful and most definitely would return

Very tranquil and private, love the gated privacy , there was always someone at the end of the phone if you needed help.

It wax a little snug, but we knew that before we booked

Relaxing stay with stunning views of lake

Very quite and relaxing . All lodges have lake view .

The bunk bed might be a bit uncomfortable for a tall adult , also the pillows weren’t good .

The wifi was very good, and connected immediately. We enjoyed the view of the lake, the birds and cloudscapes. Outside space with table and extended roof was great for a week with mixed weather. We loved the Weald and Downland Living Museum

Bathroom pull switch was temperamental I used the toaster and it set off the smoke detector. Leaving the lodges as a pedestrian and turning left (to cross the dual carriageway), the path is overgrown.

Nice to sit an look at the lake, but there was constant road noise while sitting outside.

Once inside it was great.

We had to email to get the details for access to the property.

Fantastic time with fantastic views!

The view was incredible and the lodge was super cosy! Loved having the furniture outside so we could enjoy drinks on the deck

nice and safe area but facilities in accommodation could improve

the view of lake was fantastic

there was old milk carton under sofa stain on pillowcase and sofa had bad smell and looked tired spoilt look of room microwave was very low to floor should have been eye level not shin level could much improve

It was warm, cozy, clean, quiet, lovely view, handy for the town and restaurants.

The pull cord switch in the bathroom worked intermittently and need replacing. Batteries in the tv remote need replacing.

Ideal for a short stay, compact lakeside lodge ,good view.

We liked,how easy it was to where we where going.You could of cooked if you wanted too but we went out. Very clean,comfortable, ideal in summmer to use the water sports , or watch over the lake. Near lots of eateries and shops.

The front door was very stiff and hard to close .

All that we needed.

Lovely views over the lake.

Because we didn’t have internet I didn’t receive the instructions to open the gate. By the time we gained access to the property it was dark and very difficult to see the key code. We would have managed better with the info the day before.

Location is next to retail park which has a John Lewis, Sainsburys and McDonalds so ideal to get provisions for the chalet. Lovely views over the lake, is next to main road so busy during peak time traffic but after that its lovely to sit out and enjoy the views. 20 min walk into Chichester, we will definately book here again

lovely relaxing stay on the lake.

really unique property overlooking a beautiful lake which has birds and other wildlife. beds were very comfy, sofa lovely and big and fit 4 of us on it. nice bathroom. everything you need in kitchen. electric gated site with felt safe. very chilled out . lodge was really clean

nothing , we loved it. traffic a bit noisy at peak times but benefits of this place outweighed this and it didn’t really bother us .

very enjoyable and a good centre to explore Chichester area.

wonderful setting. great wildlife.

proximity to A27 made it noisy but setting made up for it. insulation meant it was quiet at night.

Short Break

Our daughter loved the bunk beds and being able to play on the grass area in front of the lodge. The lodge had all the facilities we needed for an enjoyable short break.

If you go out on foot, there is a busy roundabout and road to cross with no pavement.
