Fantastic location
Stayed a few times and can’t fault it
Garden not secure for pets
5.0
Great open plan living area with plenty of space to roam. Outdoor area was fantastic for the kids to runaround and have fun! The bonus was the pizza restaurant next door with football field for kids to runaround.
4.5
spacious, clean & ideal location. CHK restaurant just a few feet away
welcoming info pack would have been useful( had to contact reception to ask about recycling arrangements)
3.5
all rooms were well presented, spacious, functional and largely comfortable . Italian restaurant on site was great - especially with gluten free pizza and pasta and location for access to beaches etc was ideal
road was a bit noisy, kitchen lacked quality crockery and property overall not very “homely” water pressure low in showers.
3.5
large and comfortable
could’ve done with more basics like something to wash the dishes with. salt and pepper. small cooking oil.
4.0
Perfect location. Properly was large with a beautiful shared outside area. Lovely cottage, everything provided ie, iron/board, everything u need for the kitchen, comfy beds, quiet location and an amazing Italian restaurant just a stone throw away. Parking is also right outside the property.
Downstairs toilet room smelled of bad drains, so we didn't use it. Not in perfect condition. Toilet roll hooks half hanging off the wall, part of light switch missing, shower room slightly mouldy. These are just niggles, but it could do with updating slightly.
4.5
Nice spacious property, shared garden, parking outside property, washing machine and dryer

Location was excellent.
staff we met in the Hotel, bar & restaurant were all very friendly.
Not really anything to dislike

Gardens at the back were lovely and well kept. Lovely way to wake up looking at them.
We had a machine full of dirty crockery and cutlery which we had to put on. No welcome pack in the Cottage which would have been helpful. Some coat hooks on ground floor would be helpful - perhaps in storage cupboard.
5.0
amazing set of cottages in a lovely quiet location but in the grounds of the hotel and pizza restaurant so you have places to walk to if you want to eat/drink out. cottages are all nicely spec’d, they work really well as a communal space for lots of people but are seperate enough to be in individual homes with privacy. garden is massive and very nice in the summer.
few small maintenance niggles which staff are rectifying- shower leaks in main bathroom and door latches that opened in the wind. all very minor

The power from the water was inadequate for 2 bathrooms.

The location was great with lawn and trees at the rear which covered a fair distance to the Chichester ship canal and it was a quick way to walk to marina.
There was a wooden post quite near one side of bed which was easy to walk into in the dark. The stairs were not easy to come down for us, especially at the bend. Mind you we are in our 70’s and so this would probably not bother younger people. These things did not detract from our stay. We just had to take more care!
5.0
lovely secluded holiday home
clean with good facilities like dish washer washing machine and tumble dryer
only small things like there was not a hair dryer or a pair of scissors
4.0
Warm cottage with spacious rooms and very comfy beds.
Shower temperature couldn't be adjusted as temperature control knob was broken. Kitchen was a little under-equipped (no scissors, no place mats, tea-cups rather small). No towel hook in the downstairs WC. No hand soap provided anywhere (bring your own).

Cottage had a (strong) weird smell that didnt go away, like something had died. Heating didnt work. Reception didnt seem interested in reserving either. Oh, and it was about 15 away from a workyard at the back of a restaurant.
3.0
Nicely decorated, spacious, clean, well furnished, close to local amenities.
Foul smell in the upstairs bedrooms, not sure if the drains are blocked but its pretty pungent, also upstairs heating didn't work so felt chilly in the evenings. No welcome pack on arrival. Instructions on use of heating and information on local amenities such as supermarket, restaurants etc would have been helpful.
4.0
Spacious good facilities
A separate shower would be better. And with it being so hot the bedrooms could have done with a fan, which we had to buy for our stay.
4.0
Spacious and clean. Lovely outdoor space.
Too few saucepans and coffee mugs.
Could do with some coat pegs downstairs
3.0
No cleaning materials at all to wipe down kitchen. Most frustrating. No vacuum cleaner.
Bathroom door did not lock...nor did it a year ago.
3.5
Lovely setting and beautiful cottage great for relaxing
On arrival fridge freezer had been switched off and defrosted . Ants everywhere. Felt no one had checked. Lacked basics such as a teapot and sufficient kitchen utensils. There were more frying pans then forks. The cafeteria was for one person only. We were a family of 6. There was no bottle opener yet 2 irons. Check before you arrive if self catering. Not even a bowl to mix the eggs in!

The location and house were good
The property was lacking in basic self catering equipment. This was communicated and partly redressed
4.0
Very spacious.
Lovely big garden
Not very clean, last guests socks underpants left in bedside table, used contact lenses left in bedroom. Couldn’t use oven it was too dirty, grill tray filthy. Overall the place wasn’t spotless which is a worry in Covid times as you would think cleanliness would be A1.
4.5
Very nice place to stay.
Nothing
