Good option for longer term stays as you have your own kitchen

Overall a good stay, but if you’re sensitive to noise, this might not be a good option.
The cottage was great and clean. Close 5 minute walk to the beach and the staff was very nice. It had a fridge and cooking supplies, which helped a lot.
We understood that it was a traditional Nicaraguan home without AC or hot water, but it was extremely hot during our visit and it was very hard to sleep with only a couple ceiling fans. The noise was also very very loud as dogs, roosters and street noise was hard to sleep with.

Perfect little cabaña!
Amazing little house with a good location. if you are going in San Juan del Sur, you should definetly stay there! I recommend!

Exceptional
Nice and cozy wooden cabin. Great terrace with hammocks. Close to the beach and city centre in local neighborhood. Inside a lush garden with glimpses of the San Juan Bay. Caretakers are friendly. Huge bathroom Nice for families as well

Lives up to its promise, with a lush and lovely garden. Clean bohemian style house, lots of space!!

The washroom was nice and spacious
Neglected appliances didnt work and red ants owned the place. It's also not as secluded as it may seem. Its hovering above a very noisy street
