A beautiful area and comfortable sleep, but not the best place to stay.

The beds were very comfortable and the room was very clean. The location was beautiful and very close to nature.

The rooms needed more. There was no kettle, cups, mugs or any utensils. This is definitely needed - especially when staying in a more remote location. Also the reception was outside the hotel in a different hotel, and there was no phone to call reception, so you had to walk outside 200m down the road to use reception services - which is very inconvenient if you require help during the night. The location is also far from the city.

Great position out of the city, but still close. Very comfortable.

Staff were very attentive. Room was large and clean. Short bus/ tram ride into the city. Breakfast was available as an additional cost and this was great value with so much on offer. It was very hot, fans were provided.

The cleanliness, amenities provided, staff courteousness, size of the room

No elevators, room was on the 5th floor and it was a hectic task to carry the baggages. more importantly it was a nightmare for my son who was travelling a fractured leg.

Location, room cleaning. A big and comfortable TABLE suitable for remote work - you can rarely find that in hotels!

A constant smell of smoke penetrating the room from the ventilation system....

The place was confortable, clean, great shower and clean towels, but the sofabed was not very comfortable

Nice location and room but little shortcomings

Location is good. Rooms are spacious and clean. Friendly and helpful staff. Indian Restaurant next door.

Hotel is at least 50m away from main hotel and there is no Telephone in rooms which means if you want to contact someone in reception then you have to walk to main hotel that was not good. Needed hot water but didn't had hot water kettle and paid vending machine did not dispense hot water.

Room without airco, parking difficult when you return in the evening because of restaurant visitors, 140 euro a bit overpriced. Positive sides: directly on starting point BAB8 and easy to enter city of muenchen

Room was clean and big.

Hotel is situated next to a river with a nice waterfall. However, in the night this gave so much noise that we could not sleep with the window open.

Ronseal, it does what it says on the tin

The location was good. We used this hotel as a stopover whilst drivng to Croatia.

The rooms are tired. The shower leaked badly. The smell of curry (although good curry) was pungent in the room from the restraunt below.

Nice, no more

New and good quality exterior, clean and maintained. Good mattresses. Free parking.

Shampoo and soap dispensers were broken, no air conditioning and no vent and the room is directly under the roof, so it was quite hot. No kettle and no microwave, very small fridge - the hotel does everything to obey you buy their meals.

Nice location with a great trail for morning run. It was somehow affordable.

Smelly, hot apartment (because of kitchen under the room) with no air-conditioning, the room was not ready for 4 people as it was booked.

Dirty, hot and smelly room in the basement was a disappointment.

Location fairly convenient.

Bedsheets were dirty. There were bugs in the shower and it smelled like sewer. The rooms were in the basement and the windows opened directly on the street at knee height. Room was hot and the mattress overused (inconvenient).

Exactly what we needed for reasonably money

We needed a one night stay on our way to Austria. The place is nice for those who just need good sleep and nice food. Beer garden is in the main hotel one minute walk away.

we had a room with a really tiny bathroom. though it is surprisingly equipped with all necessary things
