The presence of bad odors and the lack of maintenance significantly ruined my vacation.

The property is not located near the main attractions of the city, such as Las Canteras and Vegueta, but both of which are within a half-hour walk. Additionally, there are frequent bus services available. The Cleaning lady is doing a good job, she is cleaning the common spaces really good.

The two main issues with the property were: 1. The most concerning aspect was the persistent smell of sewage throughout the apartment, making it nearly uninhabitable. 2. There was a noticeable lack of maintenance across the entire property. In the room: The computer chair was uncomfortable, and could not be sat on for more than a five minutes. The TV was inconveniently positioned too high on the wall, with no adjustable feature for comfortable viewing. booking a double bed did not guarantee its availability, you can get a twin room instead without any update. The absence of the advertised couch was disappointing. In the shower: The shower experience was particularly unpleasant due to the strong smell of sewage emanating from it. Despite raising the issue with the property management, I was informed that it couldn't be be rectified. Water pressure became extremely low when others used water elsewhere in the property. While automatic air fresheners were installed, they failed to mask the smell effectively and sometimes sprayed directly on you when you come out of the shower. A pole was installed in the middle of the shower, if you are above 1.80 meter you get it to you head. The rooftop: The rooftop area was lacking out of maintenance. No one was cleaning it. No one was arranging it. There was almost no light after the sun set. When I was there when it was raining sometimes. All couches and chairs were wet an no one took care to make sure they are dried or put them in the sun or under a cover. In the kitchen: The have never cleaned the microwave. There was lots of food remaining all over it. There were insufficient cookware and cutlery for three occupants. Lighting in the apartment: Some of the lights in the property were not working, such as in the shower, in the corridor, and in the kitchen. The manager said they will replace it but she never did (they have replaced only one light).

Fantastico y ampliamente recomendado lugar!!

Este es uno de los mejores lugares en donde me he hospedado, supero mis expectativas y lo recomiendo AMPLIAMENTE! Cama comoda, ducha comoda y grande, WIFI rapido, tiene un piso para trabajar aunque tienes que pagar 5 euros por 24 horas, la habitacion era super grande con luz, cocina y todo el edificio bastante limpio, tienes tu privacidad, la gente que trabaja ahi muy amable!!

Lugar céntrico y económico par

Buena ubicación, muy céntrica. Por otra parte, el poder prepararte el desayuno y alguna de las comidas fue una gran ventaja, aunque había cafeterías cerca.

La cerradura de la habitación estaba un poco floja y en algún momento me costó introducir la clave, aunque la anfitriona me ayudó en todo momento.

Superb

More than enough for the price in such a location. The shop is like 5 min walk, clubs are near, coffee shop with a breakfast menu is around the corner. Beach is like 15 mins away. The room was clean, and the only thing that would make it even better would be AC. Luckily, the building is in the shadows, and it does not get too hot in there, so the ceiling fan was enough. Netflix was a pleasant surprise. Staff was friendly and really quick, in person, and even through Whatsapp.

The tv remote controller has seen better days :). It was hardly reacting. The bucket and the mop should be kept in some different place than a bathroom, to keep the unpleasant odors from the area.

Cannot understand the good ratings.

The staff is really nice and lovely.

Unfortunately, it is a filthy place that needs deep cleaning and better beds/furniture. Furniture is the cheapest furniture you can buy at IKEA. It is overused and partly broken, apart from just not being suited for a "hotel-like" use. No real linen or pillows. Poor quality towels. No attention or love for detail. Standards are definitely below the average 1 or 2-star hotel in Europe. Access to the place does not make sense. You need one app and 2 additional codes (different for every door) to get to your room. Update: After my bad review they told booking I left the place dirty, which is an absolute joke. As you can see from the picture, they straight up threaten to give you bad reviews in return for a bad review on the door in the room.

Good value for money, would be fine but stinky poop smell for sewerage was the biggest problem.

Great value for the money, personnel was really helpful and nice to us. Electronic entry was convenient. Even all other rooms ware occupied we did no know about other visitors at all. Clean rooms.

Staircase and bathroom ware really stinky, probably a sewerage problem, was present all the time event with windows open 24/7. Street next to the property is local prostitute district. Kitchen could have been a bit cleaner.

Comfortable digital nomad common working/living apartments with great staff

Good common working and living spaces, met a few other digital nomads, good atmosphere, got a good load of work done :). The staff was very helpful, even outside of their working hours, they did their best. Nice terrace as well! Location is good, good bus connections as well.

Good value for your money

Very friendly staff. Only 10 min walk from the old town and supermarket is just around the corner. Strong wifi.

I feel bad for saying it, but there is a smell in the building. They cant do anything about it (its like a sewage smell from the street) but its very intense non the less. There are also no washing facilities in the building, which is kinda annoying…but around the corner you can find several laundry places luckily.

Clean and comfortable.

Great coliving- super clean next to Vagueta area. WiFi is great. You don't have a digital nomad vibe and everyone keeps to their own. So if you come on your own take it into consideration. Great price for value.

the noise fro the street is loud but if you close the window it's fine. the coworking was kind of empty when I was there.

Very new clean.nice place.. I like they put one small bottle water in room thanks. Nice top roof garden. Very good wife. Kitchen it have all stuff for you cook. Near to beach 15 - 20min walk beach. 2 min big souper market. 2 min granier bakery nice. Bust station near. Easy accept keys with app Open door. neat place owner cares.hair dryer. Shampou. kitchen paper towels very clean and for hands in the kitchen. room fragrance everywhere. nice lamps in the room make a nice atmosphere.

Bed tough and the pillows on the bed were not so comfortable too thin. No Chanel Spain but nice it have Netflix YouTube. The canteras beach district 30-40min walk normal areal this for out night. it must include the aircontition but ok or one fan because I close the windows because it had full big Mosquitoes. From the thirt floor this girl many noisy 2 3 o clock morning and again from morning noisy. some didn't care or didn't know how to close the entrance door so it wouldn't make any noise. Simply. I hope the owner will appreciate the good things I have written and not just Focus I have only written about the negatives to make it better..

Exceptional

This is the perfect place to stay and work if you're traveling while working or if you're just looking for a comfortable and safe room, even for longer stays. They have a stimulating co-working space at the ground floor and a terrace, with powerful wi-fi and focus areas. The professionality of the staff surprised me: they were not only fun, but really responsive, fast and clear with everything I needed. A superior experience for travel lovers.

Cool short-term stay for remote workers

Awesome WiFi, spacious room, clean shared space, cool terrace. A great option for remote workers looking for an accomodation for a few weeks.

The desk was nice but the chair was basic and uncomfortable to sit on. There were some costructions going on in the next street, I didn't mind but others could.

Nice place for doing work, excellent rooftop!

The place is nice and tidy. However, the bathroom is quite smelly. Getting in is safe and easy due to key codes and a key app. Very easy to use. A particular nice thing is the rooftop, which can be used for hanging out and/or working. The wifi is pretty good and all floors are covered (incl. rooftop) but sometimes devices lose connection because of too many signals, I guess.

The smelly bathroom and that the location is about outside the city center. It would also be nice if they could add a real coffee machine for the shared kitchen.

- quite easy to comunicate with the owner - 15 min walk to old town and bus station - terrace on the top of the building is nice for sitting and eating

- it is loud at night due to street that is just below - missing some kitchen appliances like cutting board - I got the feeling that I paid more for what I got. Its maybe beacuse it was seaon, and prices were generally high and other objetc were not available.

The location was good overall, with access to public transport, bike lanes and shops. The staff was great and it was very clean. The rooms and apartments were nice and comfortable with great internet speed, particularly important for those who needed to work

The location is noisy sometimes, which is not their fault. My main complaint is the price, since it's not situated in the most popular area
