Ich habe mich sofort willkommen gefühlt

Sehr freundliches Hotelpersonal. Saubere Zimmer. Die Lage mit nur knapp 10 Gehminuten zum Volkspark war perfekt. Mein Fahrrad konnte sicher untergestellt werden. Und ich liebe den Aufzug von 1913, der ein wirkliches Highlight ist.

C'était un séjour agréable 🙂

Cet hôtel est idéalement placé en centre-ville pour visiter à pied la ville et voir ses monuments. Nous avons bien aimé le petit-déjeuner qui était varié et copieux. Nous avons reçu un bon accueil. Il faisait très chaud dans la chambre (environ 29 degrés) heureusement qu'il y avait un ventilateur ! Nous avons beaucoup aimé le vieil ascenseur.

Mala experiencia y porque solo era una noche, sino nos tenemos que cambiar de hotel.

Nada , el hotel es muy viejo y con aspecto de poco cuidado.

No tenía aire acondicionado y las camas no eran cómodas, íbamos dos parejas y una a una de ella le Picaron las pulgas en al cama y se pasó toda la Noche sin dormir por culpa de las pulgas que había en la cama

Top Mädels Städtereise in Wien

Wir machten eine Mädels Städtereise. Das Dreibettzimmer übertraf unseren Vorstellungen in der Größe. Wir hatten sehr viel Platz. Die Betten waren super. Alles sauber, Personal und Lage des Hotels Top, Frühstück sehr gut. Das Gebäude hatte einen außergewöhnlichen Charme und der alte Aufzug hat es uns angetan🫶. Wir werden nochmal wieder kommen.🥰

Good location, easy to access all major sightseeing spots via public transport. Good breakfast.

TV not working. Noisy street. We booked a stay for 4 people but we got 3 beds only. After agreement on the extra charge, we got the additional bed. The bathroom was very bad looking like when we were at the students' hostel. Breakfast was the same every day, with no variety. Not even a little fridge in the room. The hot water maker was in the room but not even a single bag of tea :)

Muy bien localizado, cerca de la plaza del Ayuntamiento. Personal muy atento. Llegamos un poco antes del check in y nos dieron una habitación y encima mayor que la que habíamos contratado. Hotel limpio y correcto. Sin lujos pero recomendable en función de los precios en Viena. El desayuno aunque no muy variado estaba bien. La recepción cierra a las 6 de la tarde y puedes dejar las maletas en consigna hasta esa hora.

Para este nivel de hotel lo encontré todo correcto.

it was a very nice stay, great experience

A very charming old hotel with an excellent breakfast. the location was great: you can walk downtown or take a train number 2 (50 m walk to the tramway station). and the staff was very friendly

we had 2 small beds pulled together instead of 1. it wasn’t ideal.

Great location. The wooden lift is a mist-see

The room needs a refreshment and the double bed are in reality two single beds moving around the room during the night

Location is perfect for exploring the city centre & other Bezirke. The service team is excellent, very friendly and paying attention. Breakfast good and tasty. The elevator is really an eyecatcher. And but typically for Vienna: the tap water tastes so good.

A warm and friendly place which is in a central location and offers a good breakfast.

This hotel is in an excellent location and we walked everywhere. The tram was right near by too. The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel was quite clean and tidy. The breeakfast was good and the room comfortable. This is a comfortable hotel and not luxury but good value for money.

There was a little mould on some of the bathroom tiles. The hotel reception is not maned at night and there is only someone there until 6pm. There was a number to call in case of emergency though.

Wery good location — just a couple of minutes to a lot of attractions, but very quiet. Breakfast was great. The room was clean, beds were very comfortable.

Only one strange thing: you have to open the elevator's door very fast. Just a second and it will go to the other floor. And you will go with it.
