Totul a fost perfect!

Locatie excelenta, la cateva minute de centru, gara, statie de tramvai. O locatie perfecta pentru un sejur de cateva zile. Chiar daca toaleta a fost pe hol, ne-am asumat acest lucru pe care l-am citit inainte de a rezerva si care ne-a fost comunicat de catre gazda. Personalul extraordinar, ne-a dat o harta si ne-a indrumat catre obiectivele turistice, ba chiar ne-a spus unele lucruri care nu gasesc pe internet. Totul e fost perfect! Recomand cu mare caldura aceasta locatie!

Piacevole

La signora che ci ha accolto ci ha fatto subito igienizzare le mani e ci ha accolto in anticipo rispetto all’orario consentito e ci ha permesso di lasciare i bagagli in deposito così da poter cominciare la nostra vacanza leggeri. La posizione dell’hotel è ottima, a pochi minuti dalla basilica di santa maria novella e quindi dalla stazione. Il bagno era dotata di asciugacapelli e asciugamani. C’è un piccolo frigorifero ma non raffredda molto. In corridoio c’è un bollitore e una macchinetta del caffè a disposizione per gli ospiti. Nel complesso il nostro soggiorno è stato molto positivo, lo consiglio per chi ha bisogno di un punto d’appoggio su Firenze per qualche giorno.

Very good stay and lovely staff. Highly recommended!

Location is very good as it’s near the station and walkable to everything. Room was spacious and always clean. Ms. Ale was so helpful from the start and brief us with great locations and restaurants. Tried most of them and they’re all good recommendations ❤️ Thanks again!

Maybe it’s just that they do not have the lift and had to use stairs to the hotel/rooms. Though they offered to carry them

Ein Super Stadthotel nah am Geschehen!

Das Hotel hat meine Erwartungen absolut erfüllt. Es liegt super zentral nur wenige Gehminuten vom Zentralmarkt entfernt und die Kathedrale von Florenz erreicht man in nur 9 Gehminuten. Das Zimmer war wie auf den Fotos. Klein, sauber und für einen City-Trip völlig ausreichend. Herausragend war die tolle Begrüßung durch die Gastgeberin. Trotz meiner wenigen Zeit hat sie mir noch einige gute Tipps gegeben, wo man gut und zu fairen Preisen essen kann und welcher Shop günstige Preise hat. Solche Tips sind wirklich Gold wert, um ohne langes Recherchieren direkt gut zu essen und nicht auf "Touri"-Läden reinzufallen. Genial fand ich persönlich auch, das kostenlose Keks- und Kaffeeangebot im Hotel und die Flasche Wasser im Zimmer. Alles ohne Aufpreis! Danke. :-)

Overall it was amazing for the location and service.

Staff was delightful and recommended places to visit. There was even a mini pantry.

There was no staff attending the place 24/7, may lead to security issues. But staff gave contact details for emergencies.

Posizione ottima, il proprietario gentile e disponibile. Stanza piccola, ma funzionale e soprattutto pulita.

Il bagno forse un po' troppo piccolo e la doccia perdeva, ma per poche notti ci siamo arrangiati.

Great stay in beautiful Florence

Owners were extremely helpful in giving us tips and guidance. Rooms were cleaned every day and were spotless, location is great, near the train station but also not too far from the centrum, free coffee, cookies and candy. Great stay overall. Would definitely come back.

If we need to mention one negative point, just informative: The rooms and the bed are a bit small (my feet were sticking out during the night (1m87) but that didn't really impact my sleep, I slept like a baby on the firm matress.) Room size I think is normal for Florence at that price, so it was not really unexpected. Price quality is very good in our opinion. No dealbreakers for us, but large people be advised.

Alexandra rend agréable le séjour de ses hôtes.

Petit hôtel à la décoration simple, propre et très bien placé. Alexandra très accueillante parle très bien Français et nous prodigue ses bons conseils pour les petits restos et les visites.

Café, thé, infusion, gâteaux secs disponibles à tout moment, mais le petit déjeuner n'est pas prévu.

Amazing staff, excellent rooms and outstanding overall!

Very modern, free tea and coffee. Very comfortable bed. The best part was the staff were amazing. She carried our bag up the 2 flights of stairs and then spent 10minutes guiding us through a map of the city with all the best recommendations. Staff were exceptional!!!

Excellent location, clean and comfortable room, lovely staff, easy check-in process.

The location was great and the street was very quiet; the bed was very comfortable too! I really appreciated the little touches, like providing enough hangers and hooks in the room and the bathroom, plus a basket in the shower for shampoo, and even a hairdryer holder (!). It amazes me how many hotels don’t have hooks or shelves - such small things really make a big difference. And even though breakfast wasn’t included, all I need in the morning is an espresso and biscuits, so their coffee/tea corner was just perfect! I would definitely stay here again. Paolo and Alejandra were lovely and provided me with all the information to get into the hotel, since I arrived quite late. Sometimes self check-ins are weird, but I wasn’t worried at all since even via WhatsApp I could tell how nice the owners were.

very cute and picturesque, very clean, and a great location in Florence! Alexandra was the best, might be the best hostess/receptionist I’ve ever had. She gave us great recommendations and circled places we should visit on the map and we used that map and her recommended locations during our visit!

The property was excellent. Perfect location, great service, comfortable and clean rooms. the beds were super comfortable, the bathroom clean and had everything we needed. The attention from the host was outstanding. I would come back to Firenze and stay here again. Highly recommended.

Great place to stay in Florence

It's a great place to stay. The room was very clean and all the facilities were there. The location is fantastic, I'd say the best in Florence. It's right in the city centre, Very near to train station, and all the restaurants, cafe and everything else is on the hotel's street itself. I would especially like to mention about the hosts Roberto and Alexandra. They were really sweet. I travelled with my mom, so they helped me with the luggage and gave us complimentary breakfast vouchers as well. Mr Roberto informed me about the places to visit, bus routes etc. He marked everything on map which was really helpful. Thanks guys for making my stay amazing.

Beautiful Florence

The room we stayed in was quite spacious and clean, comfortable bed and pillows. The bathroom was clean and equipped with what you need. Biscuits , tea and coffee machine in the common area, good location close to the train station and the center. The host Alejandra was very kind and welcoming, helped us with detailed information on how to get to the hotel , a map with information about the places we can visit in Florence and places where we can eat.

Breakfast was held at a small cafe close to the hotel detail that I knew , the main problem was that it was quite crowded in the morning, there was no place at the table and the options for breakfast were very few.
