Schön eingerichtetes Apartment mit mangelhafter Dusche

Das Apartment war wirklich luxuriös eingerichtet, ein großer Tisch, eine Küche mit Gasherd und ein Beamer im Schlafzimmer waren mehr als wir brauchten. Der Weg vom Apartment zum Hotel ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß zurückgelegt. Meistens waren Parkplätze vor dem Hotel vorhanden.

Parken vor dem Apartment eher schwierig, das Bett war für mich nicht so bequem und die Dusche war leider überhaupt nicht luxuriös, da es keinen Duschvorhang oder ähnliches gab. Das Frühstück hat uns auch nicht so gut gefallen und der Garten hatte gepflegter sein können.

Perfecte uitvalsbasis voor Florence

Uitstekende uitvalsbasis voor een verblijf in Florence. Bus stopt om de hoek en brengt je in 10 minuten naar het centrum. Hotel is prachtig: fijne kamer met zitje aan de tuin aan de achterkant. Alles erg schoon en netjes.

Déception c'est le mot

La chambre est propre car neuve et la literie est confortable c'est tout.

Ce n'est pas un hôtel mais un AIRBNB le bâtiment séparé est à plus de 500m de l'hôtel, c'est un immeuble réhabilité pour de la location de chambre voilà tout. Petite surprise encore en travaux nous avons eu le droit à 2j de perceuse le rêve ! Pas d'accueil particulier, remise de 3 feuilles et bon séjour... loin du centre de Florence, nous avons loué un scooter afin de nous déplacer partout. L'endroit "idyllique" pour boire un verre est une terrasse aménagée infestée de moustique donnant sur la chambre des autres clients absolument pas intimiste, nous avons voulu voir tout de même mais avons clairement préféré le bar du coin de rue "Corner" où le personnel est adorable et où il fait bon vire (goûtez leur pizzas une tuerie). En globalité nous avons passés un bon séjour à Florence mais sans compter sur les prestations de l'hôtel. Nous ne recommandons pas ce lieu, c'est du clinquant sans rien derrière. P.S: petite vue sur le parking des voitures et le voisinage proche, on adore !

Schone, ruime kamer in een nette, rustige buurt zo’n 25 minuten lopen van het centrum of 15 minuten met de bus.

De toeristenbelasting is in Florence erg hoog in vergelijking met onze andere overnachtingen in Italië!

Da migliorare alcuni aspetti

Posizione comoda, vicina al centro e alla zona fiere di Firenze. Camera confortevole e pulita, staff gentile e molto disponibile. Al nostro arrivo alle 19:30 (dopo le 19 non c'è più personale in struttura) abbiamo trovato le chiavi delle camere alla reception e la signora è stata molto gentile e disponibile al telefono per darci tutte le informazioni che ci occorrevano per accedere alla struttura. L'interno dell'hotel (le parti comuni) sono suggestive e imponenti, curate nei dettagli, luminose e molto colorate, davvero belle!

Ahimè ci sono state diverse cose che non abbiamo gradito, iniziando dalla camera posta al piano -1. Anche se era presente una porta finestra che dava su un piccolo giardino molto curato, le scale per raggiungere le nostre camere (nonché la sala colazione subito adiacente) erano ripide e strette e con le valigie è stato molto scomodo percorrerle in discesa. Insonorizzazione da rivedere: abbiamo sentito tutti i passi nella hall (esattamente sopra di noi) la mattina seguente e anche tutti gli spostamenti di sedie ecc sia al piano di sopra che nella sala colazione vicina. Eliminerei un po' di plastica nelle camere, era tutto imballato in buste di plastica, magari la carta riciclata, il vetro e simili sono più di gradimento per molti ospiti essendo una piccola struttura molto curata. Da rivedere anche la colazione: la ragazza è stata molto gentile e sorridente, purtroppo però la sala è troppo piccola (due clienti si sono trovati senza tavolo), e la colazione è tutta "industriale". Ci sono troppi prodotti ma nulla di locale o artigianale / fatto in casa (la struttura è piccola, potrebbero provare a reperire le materie prime da piccoli panifici / aziende agricole delle vicine zone). Torte confezionate, biscotti confezionati, solo yogurt intero senza soluzione di magro o soya, affettati industriali e pane precotto. Anche le brioche erano precotte. Poca frutta disponibile. Consiglio davvero, come già detto al momento del check out, di migliorare soprattutto la colazione, perché la struttura ha molto potenziale e lo staff è gentile e cordiale.

10/10 place to stay. You do not need to look any other places.

The property was in really good condition. It was so clean and so comfortable. We really enjoyed our trip. They helped us about the city tour maps. And breakfast was brilliant. Every person who worked in there was so helpful and kind. Thanks for everything. Absolutely we will come back again for long stay.

La struttura e’ carina ma definirsi small luxury hotel e’ forse un po’ troppo se si considerano i servizi

- Accessibilità alla camera : c’era una scala stretta senza ascensore e con il passeggino e’ stato difficoltoso accedere - parcheggio dell’hotel a 300 metri di distanza dalla struttura - servizi reception : la reception per il check in chiude alle 19 ( come da comunicazione ricevuta ) ma di fatto qiando siamo arrivati alle 18.30 non c’era già nessuno e abbiamo fatto check automatico via telefono - privacy : la nostra camera affacciava sul giardino - colazione

The room was lovely. The decor tasteful. It was very roomy. The staff extremely helpful. The bar is delightful and offered an oasis in which to relax after a busy day in Firenze.

Comfortable hotel in quiet neighbourhood near centre

The hotel is clean and comfortable and the furnishings and decoration give a sense of luxury. The receptionist, Bianca was very helpful and eager to please, giving clear information and assistance. The 'hotel' is in a quiet suburban neighbourhood with easy access to multiple bus routes making travelling into the centre easy. There are a number of good cafes and restaurants nearby with a special mention for 'Grazie Assai' as well as grocery and wine shops. The hotel has no problem with you bringing back a bottle to enjoy on the terrace or in your room so that's great especially as there is no bar on site. The breakfast is good with a reasonable selection, good quality and good coffee. Overall our stay was pleasant and comfortable, we liked the location, being out of the centre and using buses gives you a greater sense of normal Florentine life plus the restaurants in the area are a bit cheaper than the centre and used mainly by locals which is nice after the tourist crowds of Florence!

This 'hotel' is run on on something closer to an air b &b model rather than a normal hotel. Check-in is from 3pm but despite texting to say we would arrive at 1.30pm and asking to store luggage - the 'hotel' was closed on arrival! Gained entry after a phone call to Alberto and were able to store luggage at least but had to fend for ourselves until 3pm. Reception (and all services Inc the front door) seems to be closed from around mid day to 3 and finishes at 7pm so if you come back from town after that you're on your own - oh no that's not correct a large teddy bear occupies a chair at reception!! The absence of bar or food facilities onsite is a limitation however if you're looking for a quiet, relaxing stay away from the crowds you won't be disappointed - we certainly weren't.

Perfect retreat

The setting is calm and peaceful, the garden was great too chill in out to eat breakfast in and the rooms are beautifully decorated. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay here again if I come back to Florence and would happily recommend it to friends

If there would be something less good it would be that due to current road constructions the buses are not easy to navigate if you want to take the bus back in the afternoon.

The room for us was not including the bathroom and we need to cross the corridor to go to the separate bathroom, It's big and clean but when you finish taking the shower, and go back to your room, the other clients May open their room door and see you....

Brilliant stay

The location is ideal as you are right near some great bus links. Decor and outdoor area is amazing. Breakfast is lovely as well. Highly reccomend the bar in the evening.

Wonderful Stay

We loved our room and the outdoor bar area. Daily housekeeping is provided, and we had included breakfast which was really nice as well. Very close to the bus stops that take you into the city centre. The staff are also very lovely - Bianca helped us make a restaurant reservation as well. Would come back if ever in Firenze again.

There is this smell that comes from the bathroom, and I am not sure if it is because the fan does not work very well? Maybe providing air freshener would help. The room is also small, but this does not bother us, since we are outside most of the time.
