Very comfortable and not overly priced

Secure, quiet and comfortable. Excellent access to various tv e.g Stan, utube,etc.

No electric blanket on bed.

Where do I start. Rooms was small, walls paper thin, bathroom was stained, breakfast was forgotten.

Was able to park at the door. Pool looks nice, gym directly above and laundry room on property for guest laundry.

Paid for breakfast and it was never delivered. Room had linen trolleys/skips right out front of the door in the rain the entire stay. Room not maintained well, cracks in tiles, missing wall light shades, burn hole in doona cover etc. free wifi but not strong enough to reach the room and be useable. No toiletries in room or even soap in the bathroom to wash hands.

State of rooms need painting furniture needs upgrade rooms must be guaranteed as no smoking and decontaminated before next used also smoking just outside door should be banned with appropriate signage

Don't be fooled by the photos

Liked the photos and price. Soon realised this was not the case

Got our rooms wrong. Booked for 5 guests and only got 4 beds. Was not the first one for the day. Only compensation they could offer was some free packets of chipa and cold cans of drink.Facilities were nothing like the pictures. A few residents who seem to live there also had some choice words to say.

Never staying there again

Bed was nice. Airconditioner worked. Staff were very accommodating when we needed something.

Noisy, door didn't close well room was small and very dated, bathroom was clean but broken tiles, stained and generally in a state of disrepair.

Terrible service, requested a refund & didn’t stay!

Location

Didn’t stay, asked for a refund. Advised them of 2pm expected arrival, told when arrived room wouldn’t be ready until 4pm. Totally messed up all of our family’s plans. Extremely disappointed!

Not worth our staying and will not recommend to any friends or mafily member.

The room has a mouldy smell. The bathroom and toilet has stinky smell and wasn't clean.

My room was in front of the pool, and the motor was on for the whole night to clean the pool. We were unable to fall asleep, and it was a very loud and noisy night for all three of us.

Not a place I would like to stay again

Location was ok

Room was dirty and bed was awful also sheets didnt fit bed they were too small . Reception didnt open till late . They only emptied rubbish bins and put clean towels on bed if needed they did not make bed or clean anything each day . No information in room about using the pool or where to go to get a good meal nearby also building looked rundown

Staff is friendly. Bed is comfy. Hot water came out from the tap in just less than 5 seconds.

Need a bit of renovation and mould away. Need more lights in the room, and electric socket near the bed.

I liked that the convince store and fast food weren't too far from my room.

I did not like how the bathrooms were somewhat old fashioned and brighter colours makes for a brighter, better stay on holidays.

The bathroom looked outdated and the shower was dangerous if you turn to much hot water there wasn't much cold water and was seriously hot almost burning, n under beds was dirty with items

Convenient but won’t stay again

Shower head had great pressure, staff were pleasant

The bed was hard as rock so didn’t sleep well the entire time I was there, the shower kept changing from hot to cold like it does if someone else is using water at home, and we had ants in our room.

Location was convenient.

The doona cover looked that it has not been sanitised or changed for years. The metres was sunk in and pretty uncomfortable. I was offered the room with continental breakfast included. I was under the impression that this was served in the restaurant where you could have a proper sit down breakfast. In fact it was a take away style that was prepared and delivered to the room the previous night in a paper bag. This included a few slices of bread in ziplock bag (Once it was the loaf edge flices), long small pack of longlife milk and juice packets, pack of weetbix. ended up having breakfast elsewhere.

Basic accomodation which was right for the price

Bed was very hard, a lot of mould in the bathroom which I emailed to let them know about as a courtesy seen it’s a health issue. Didn’t get a reply
