Was okay for a short stay

Location and food in restaurant was good

We booked for four but our two rooms were nowhere near each other. One room was a reasonable size and the other too small. Could do with a coat of paint.

Perfect location just needs some work done in room and bathroom

Very old bathroom needs doing up Need’s a lot of work Light in bathroom disgusting Air conditioner needs to be in wall not window No hairdryer Needs more seating in room was only 1 chair as we had three people Light switch above bed very dangerous Needs facilities to charge mobile phones such as more power sockets Needs a paint job

A cosy traditional beachside accomodation

Staff is really helpful, the reception is a bit hard to find but the staff is really helpful, and the receptionist is nice and explained everything clearly in details. Location is excellent for beachgoers. Onsite car park is convenient and better than street parking.

The accomodation is located upstairs and I didn't see any lifts so if you have a decent weight suitcase you may need someone's help to move your stuff.

Service was great, bar stuff was all very friendly, food was ok.

Our room had stunk relally bad that rhe ropm arifiyer didnt do its job. Staff relocated us to another room but lost our on suite

Nice cheap hotel

It was a nice, cheap hotel. Nothing fancy, you get what you pay for. But it was clean and simple, good if you just need a cheap place to sleep.

Could only access the rooms via outside stairs.

Very good

Location was great. Rooms conveniently located above the main bar and bistro. The room was basic but functional. The double bed was very comfortable the single bed not so comfortable. For the price we paid it was great and suited our needs.

Nice location near the beach, very nice and Welcoming staff.

The whole place smelled really bad, the hallway and the room smelled like mold and cigarettes and the entire place has a gloomy creepy feel to it. this is clearly an old building and it shows

we took one look at the room & left. shame really, as there’s good food & beer there.

location. excellent staff.

awful, tired, scruffy rooms. I’d rather sleep on a park bench in all honesty. The Espi is long overdue the refit that apparently is coming. Oh dear, how can this accommodation be left to demise so much.

sound prove room. excellent dining and bistro area over looking the beach and jetty. great boutique shops and cafes

great for a place to sleep for a night on a budget!

conveniently located and pillows were amazing and soft!

bathroom door was a bit sticky to open, and extra blankets a bit rough feeling.

Great location. Fantastic seaside location. Good variety of eateries.

Great location. Plenty of coffee shops and a great beach view.

I wouldn't say there wasn't anything I didn't particularly like. The room was a very dated, but if you're only having a short stay, it's nice enough. The bed was comfy, water pressure is good, room had air con & a TV, so can't complain. Staff were super friendly too

Average stay on a budget with great beach front location

Basic but met all my needs. Bed was good and comfortable. Relatively clean with decent working amenities, good shower.

Noise level. Slamming doors. Hearing loud conversations and laughter after midnight. No fresh air in room. Bad air clogged up sinus made me feel ill and put a weird taste in my mouth from first entry.
