Insgesamt ok aber mit Teufel im Detail

Sehr zentral und doch ruhig in einer Seitenstraße gelegen. Zimmer war ganz gut und Frühstück war deutlich besser als erwartet.

Ich bin verwundert, verwirrt und vor allem darüber verärgert, dass Hotels mit Fitnessraum werben, obwohl sie keines haben!?! Hier müsste man 10-15 min bis zu einem angeschlossenen Fitnesscenter laufen. Der "Fahrstuhl" ist nicht nur beengt sondern auch sehr langsam.

Sehr zu empfehlen

Ich bin hier eher zufällig gelandet, weil mein Zug nach Hannover in Dortmund ausfiel und ich einfach nur eine Übernachtung in der Nähe des Hauptbahnhofs brauchte. Und dann: modernes, gut ausgestattetes Zimmer (zwei Kopfkissen, Wasserkocher), günstiger Preis, sehr freundliches Personal im Frühstücksraum. Und ein tolles Frühstück!

Für den Besuch der Museen gut, in Saison zu teuer.

Das Frühstück war sehr gut und ausreichend. Vor allem die Lage hat uns gefallen, weil alles gut zu erreichen war, wie nahe am Bahnhof und zu den Museen. Das Zimmer war klein aber gemütlich.

One noisy, dirty place at a good location in the city

There was nothing, that was so especially likeable in this place.

The room was literally on the street with a complete lack of intimacy, and it was far from clean.

Everything is super for the price, spacy/good rooms, friendly and helpful ladies at the reception, nice location.

Just add a little more variety to the breakfast and it would be ideal.

very friendly staff . breakfast was excellent . perfect location for visiting Dortmund . housekeeping was perfect every day we had a clean room

we had 2 very small dogs whit us and i understand that we pay a little for them but it was 120 euro only for the dogs and they get nothing for it in return other hotels give treats for them that feals nicer

Breach of privacy: hotel personnel entered room without consent and ignored the do-not-disturb sign

- Hotel personnel has entered room without consent and ignored the do-not-disturb sign, which is a serious breach of privacy of the customer - Almost injured due to loose hanging mirror and we have to pay extra €60 when we opened the hotelroom and the loose hanging mirror fell of the wall; not even the net present value for an old used mirror but the full amount. Luckily our toddler was not in the area when that happened, otherwise he could have been seriously injured as well. - Too small elevator which a babystroller could not even fit in. And also extra few stairs in the first floor so that you should carry the babystroller yourself. Conclusion; you should consider visit this hotel if you want hotel personnel sneaking in your hotel room without consent and if you want to pay extra full amount of loose hanging mirror during your stay and if you want to carry the babystroller yourself.

Nice hotel and Good breakfast.

The hotel is in a great location, offers an excellent breakfast, and the room was spacious and warm, offering basic amenities such as kettle, rea, coffee, and obviously a fair size TV. It was cleaned daily, and the staff were friendly. I would stay here again.

Arranged parking with email confirmation but on arrival was told it was full and needed to find alternative parking at local park house, less for the final night.

Breakfast was exceptional with humbleness from the 2 staff members at breakfast. Always making sure the guests are enjoying their time at breakfast table.

Booking.com mentioned twin bed while booking but it was single bed allotted during check-in In addition, if hotel can consider few basic things to be provided like # Dental kit (Toothbrush / toothpaste) # Shaving kit

I was not happy for this stay :(

I had to contact the reception more times, and they said they could not help, first late night the same day, they fix the tv, because the TV did´nt function. And the cooler did not work either.The bathroom water did not function either. The elevator did not function as expectet. I was not happy for this stay :(

A little oasis for the rest from the busy city.

On reception desk we received all the help we needed. Extremely helpful.

The bed was just a bit uncomfortable. The mattress isn’t even: I kept forcing to the middle.
