员工培训,住宿环境都很棒
对于自然环境中可能出现昆虫或各种大小动物的介绍。酒店只有对植物的介绍,动物没有。

It was a lovely setting.
It could have done with a few more amenities in the kitchen. You need to bring basics with you or rely on the local grocer which was surprisingly good but of course pricey given remote location.
4.0
room was clean and spacious, staff was friendly and helpful
as much as like and support that you have shampoo and conditioner....etc in the bathrooms our shaving cream, moisturiser and conditioner as empty. didn't matter to us we brought our own but maybe keep an eye on that.
also a bit disappointed with the breakfast option not everyone is a big eater in the morning and there was only the choice of a buffet (which was way to much for us or going to the store to buy a pie which we didn't like either. it would be nice to have the option to order something little just croissant or some toast .

Magnificent facility, not like the traditional resort.

The overall resort is very big & has heaps of restaurants, bars & activities.

We absolutely loved this unique island, and the resort had many activities to offer. The west coast cruise was fantastic, guided by a professional ranger who would generously share her experties of the marine life in the bay as well as its cultural history. We only stayed for 2 nights, so there wasn't enough time to explore more but if you are going to do one organised activity during a short stay, this one will stay with you.
The Dune restaurant did not quite deliver. That is to say, the food was top-notch but the service just did not measure up. Not nearly. Having finished our starters, we asked for the wine list and we got it - but only after we were half-way through our mains. Also, the "complementary" sparkling water (home-made for sure) appeared on our bill at 8$.
Not that this entirely spoiled our dinner - the food was way too good to let inadequate waitering get in the way.

The island is beautiful
They charged me twice and do not answer my emails and phone calls.

The rooms were beautiful, with exceptional views. We stayed in one of the cheaper rooms, but still felt like 5-star guests.
Honestly, I can't fault it: we only had one minor issue with payment, but the accommodation had already actioned the issue before I could raise it with them. Amazing service.

2 swimming pools. One was largely used by families with young children leaving the other free for adults. Resort is well run with fantastic staff
Disappointed that one of the restaurants that is featured on their promotions was closed

Helpful manager. Great facilities.
Food was very average. Booked a disabled room but there wasn't one so every day had a huge walk around to get access.
2.5
Location was great, staff were friendly, and while we only had the breakfast buffet once because it cost extra it was very nice and plentiful.
Unfortunately the spa villas are tired with very dated decor, stained and worn carpet. The images on the website are misleading and describe villas as having views onto bushland; however the first villa we were assigned looked out to the resort laundry and did not have the right bed configuration. The spa villa we were later assigned was pleasantly situated but neighbour noise could be heard clearly and was disturbing. The villa kitchen lacked essentials like chopping board. The furniture was old. Ants ran along the internal ceiling beams. All resort food, drink and tours were charged as expensive extras. Bad weather meant the tour we’d booked was canceled.

As per answer to previous question, the staff were outstanding.
The only issue we had was the people in the upstairs room seemed to be 'stomping' around a lot. The noise was frequent and ran late into the night. We were going to contact reception, but they checked out on the day we decided to put in our feedback.

very expensive ,not all restaurants were open
3.5
The location was amazing, so stunningly beautiful.
They have 2 pools and have the potential to make it great by having an adult or quiet pool but they don’t so if you don’t have young kids be prepared for lots of screaming running and bombing in both pools 🤦🏽♀️
The breakfast was really overpriced for what you got they didn’t even have hash browns.
The woman that stood at the entry to breakfast was particularly unpleasant Belinda we didn’t have one nice interaction with her our entire week at this “resort” Have hot food & hash brown’s pleasant cheerful staff a better system to get into breakfast and order coffee’s from the barista. You had to stand in the big long line of breakfast people to order coffee 🤦🏽♀️
3.5
The room and pool were great
The food and drink prices whilst understandable being an island and being a resort, were not reflected in the quality. Hospitality staff were lacking in expertise and training.
4.5
Excellent activities, a wonderful location and a well organised resort. Concierge was very helpful and arranged 4WD hire which was fantastic fun. Sand and Wood restaurant was exceptional for dinner.
Hotel room could really use a toaster and microwave. Bed was a little tired but it was generally pretty peaceful.

Good Amenities and very well looked after.
Food was a little expensive.
4.0
Friendly and helpful staff
Comfortable bed and room was spacious
Not all restaurants and bars available as closed to staff shortage
Restaurants and bars that were open required more staff due to who busy it got at dinner time
