We checked in late which was perfectly facilitated by the host with an automated system. We had welcoming host and staff

Everything from a very warm welcoming host, accommodating all genuine requests to a perfect comfortable stay.

There’s literally nothing we didn’t like at all.

Great!

Small kitchen gives us possibility to prepare what we would like.

It was little bit to hot in apartment, we did not catch way how to correct temperature inside. But better hot than cold:-)

Great place

The location is perfect, just in the centre of Bad Hofgastein. Close to the slopes and the thermes (which is great, as the guests are able to visit the thermes for free).

I would recommend to install a microwave oven in the room

Excelent family apartament

We really enjoyed our stay here. With the included Therme pass you get excellent value and versatility. The apartment was spotless and we had everything we needed.

Minor defects like a malfunctioning light bulb. Nothing really of concern, everything was great.

Spa entry is great benefit

Unlimited Alpenthermen entry is the biggist deal! If you have kids it is no brainer! Relatively close to cabin, still OK even in the skiboots. Close to billa and other shop. Cheap covered parking.

Little bit outdated buz corresponding to the price.

Nice mountain valley

It is always very nice valley in the mountains. This accommodation is located near the main street and is big enough for whole family. We visited Alpentherme every day. Effective communication with Sylvia. Very well solved waste separation.

There is no oven in the apartment.

Very good

Good location, close to the therms, and to the center of the town. Hotel personal is very nice, she answered all special requests like adding a toaster oven to the room, and extra large towels for the spa.There is free parking in the building downstairs, easy exit, Sylvia is in charge very attentive and nice.

The pillows can be improved, they are very sparse and thin. Mattress for me was very hard. Everything else was good.

Beatiful, recommend...

Beautiful accommodation in a beautiful quiet place. Few steps from the thermal baths. The price of the room for all accommodation includes how many times you want and whenever you want to visit the spa with whirlpools, water slides, many saunas, water temperature 30 to 35 degrees. Shops and everything close by. We recommend😀

Free, unlimited entrace to the Alpen Therme in Bad Hofgastein. :) Very close to shops, restaurants, Alpen Therme... Great view from balcony! Pets are allowed!
