There is a great ambience at the hotel with all staff very welcoming. The breakfasts were good with a wide selection and variety of foods. The A la carte meals in Mama Miso and Chutney were superb and thanks to Aloysius and Cebern for their excellent service. The beach was amazing but very quiet and was a short walk from the hotel. However, we took full advantage of the free buggy service to the beach as the temperature was in the mid thirties. The beach has a beach bar close to where you enter the beach from the hotel. The pool was clean and the surrounding layout of the sunbeds near to the pool and in the gardens were very attractive. We also enjoyed the swim-up bar.
My wife and I opted for the room, breakfast and dinner option but due to our personal preferences and the quality and relatively cheap price of the A la carte meals in the restaurants we would only book the room with breakfast option the next time we visit.
The hotel is quite isolated but there are a couple of stores nearby but with limited products.
On learning that the hotel has music every night, which can be loud, we requested a quiet room and Ann was very helpful in arranging this for us.

The pool area was lovely, the food was great, the staff were great and let us check in early and check out late and we only stayed for a night! The bed was comfortable and the pool view was really cool. The beach was nice and the arrival greeting was super cute
The location was quite remote so it would be hard to wander around outside the resort or go for dinner locally

Very old property, requiring urgent refurbishments. Very dull crowded with aged European population. There is no energy, far away from beach.. Breakfast and Dinner is a huge let down for that exorbitant high price.
AC was broken for 6 hrs, High price for Taxis,no restaurants and entertainment around. Not so well trained staff. They treat Indians indifferent to Westerners, however good thing is presence of Cats and well maintained Garden..
It's not value for money. For this price you will get far better properties in that vicinity..

The hotel and staff were very good, if you want a comfortable stay in South Goa, this is it.
A little overpriced.

Portuguese heritage in the main house with beautiful tiles, stain glass work, chandeliers n vibe.
Room was very damp especially when air con was on. Need better ventilation.

The property is a little away from the beach but within walking distance. The walk itself is very quiet and traffic-free. The beach is pristine, clean and quiet. Good breakfast, the fruit plate is a beautiful personal touch.
Nothing. But I do have a suggestion. Too many people come, too many times to enquire if all is o.k. I think they should just allocate one person and that would be sufficient.

I loved the breakfast and dinner experience at Chutneys. The food was amazing and the staff were fabulous especially Twilo, Avinash, Terence, Farhan and everyone. I enjoyed the live entertainment every evening. Anne and her team took care of all the minor details. My flight arrived at 4.15 am and the hotel gave me an early check-in at no extra cost! Really appreciate that. The food at Mama Miso was great too. Had some unique and refreshing cocktails at Blue lagoon. Will be visiting this place again and again.
Nothing!

I received a room upgrade on arrival which was a nice surprise. The rooms were very comfortable with fast, free wifi and a smart TV.
The property is a short walk to the beach and, compared to other beaches we had visited nearby, this beach was very quiet and relatively litter-free. As it was monsoon season, you are not allowed to swim in the sea but the hotel pool was nice, and there are even free balls/pool floats for guests to use.
The dinner/breakfast options were good. Dining room staff were very attentive and offered to prepare alternative dishes if I could not find something that I liked.
All hotel staff were very helpful and attentive. There were plenty of security around the hotel grounds who were also very friendly.
The spa was a lovely and relaxing experience - would definitely recommend!
Although excellent for the most part, there were a few things that weren't quite as clean as I would have liked (for example the pool water was a bit cloudy and one of the shower gel bottles in my room had been opened)
There are regular power-cuts in Goa and the hotel has a good backup generator, however it did occasionally take about a minute to kick in (this wasn't a big issue but it was a little disconcerting to sit in pitch-blackness when the lights went out!)

Nice structure and rooms design, good quality of food & drinks including breakfast
Suggest to improve customer service level and capability/speed/efficiency of the team at the reception

The room balcony could have been better. It's a bit small and the fixed seats are not comfortable

A la carte and room service menu wasn't great

The property is well maintained, rooms all have been newly upgraded even though an old property. Beach is close by and a minutes walk away.
Staff are 10 on 10.
Annie and Saloni at the Reception Desk take care of the front well and the photo session too was a great touch.
The breakfasts and dinner at the restaurant was also great and special mention for the variety of dishes done. Shout out to the chefs for both the meals and some of the table staff like Gilbert & Asten during breakfasts.
Too bad as we had taken the meal plan we could not try the Pan Asian restaurant at the property...but next time.
I would suggest the gym needs an upgrade..
The magician Santosh at the dinner was quiet a surprise and pulled out a few good tricks that left us in awe.
Over all a fantastic stay and will certainly visit again.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Heritage village resort, and I must say, it was an absolutely incredible experience! From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed by the friendly and attentive staff who went above and beyond to make sure my stay was top-notch.
The hotel itself is stunning, with beautifully designed rooms that are spacious, luxurious, and impeccably clean. The amenities were second-to-none, with a pool, and a spa that left me feeling rejuvenated and relaxed.
The food at this hotel was something special. Every meal was a culinary adventure, with a diverse selection of dishes to choose from that were expertly prepared and presented with an admirable attention to detail by the chefs.
What stood out the most, however, was the exceptional service. The staff anticipated my every need and were always ready to assist with a smile. It's clear that they take great pride in providing their guests with an unforgettable experience. Annie, Dwayne, Preston and the chef Prem were exceptional.

The location and the swimming pool together with the breakfast restaurant and the breakfast team. Lindon at the reception team stood out with his genuine interest and service. the time
The time taken to check-in after a long international flight, the room service tray left outside by the room next day stayed there till the next morning when i went for my run and had returned back to the hotel, the hotel is old and dated and basking on past glory with all its awards. The hotel rooms needs an uplift, the room I was in surely needs to be renovated entirely to be classified as a 5 star hotel. The reception team take ages to do the check out or to exchange money. The reception team taxi prices are different to the ones you use directly on your own. Overall an old 4 star hotel for my taste and experience.

The hotel was very comfortable. The room was big. The staff was always helpful. We really enjoyed the pool and the restaurants. The beach is within walking distance.
The location is good to relax, but there is nothing at the beach and the city centre (historical part) is far away. The charging system for the cabs was quite confusing (it was not clear beforehand how much it would cost to hire the car).

The staff was very friendly and helpful, offering assistance in every matter. The place was very clean and quiet, with lots of greenery around. The beach was 3 minutes walking from the hotel, a very nice, large, sandy beach.
The breakfast was diverse and the food at Mama Miso was delicious.

Very welcoming and accommodating. They speak english very well so easy to cominicate. Beautiful resort. Restaurants affordable and beautiful decor
Mosquitoes. Not the resorts fault. They do have a repellant mist that comes on about 6pm for the whole resort that tries to tackle this problem

-Arrangement for taxi, some times there was no taxi.
-There were less international food.

Very cozy, tranquil. Evening entertainment doesn’t get on your nerves. close to the ocean, walking distance. excellent food, more Indian, isn’t this that you were looking for then you are heading for a resort in India. Only some Russians behaving decently, in Westen nichts Neues, thanks God.
No complaints. Leave some some bakshish to room cleaners they work hard

pool, staff were lovely, the mama miso restaurant was a welcome break for us 🥰
it’s a Thompson holiday destination… so if you want to escape Brits abroad then it might not be for you 😆

very well maintained property and good staff . well maintained pool . every thing was well organised .
music evening/nights could have been better by playing party music instead of slow music so guest can enjoy resort better during evenings and that will add value for money factor.
