Great base to explore the Blue Mountains

We have stayed here several times before and it has undergone several improvements which have made it much better, such as newly renovated bathrooms, and new bedding Good location - short walk into Blackheath town where there are a few good pubs and restaurants Good value for money Free parking

We were nicely surprised how comfortable our stay was.

The motel gets all the basics right, very clean room with comfortable beds, good bathroom, television and microwave. Excellent value for the price and helpful and friendly staff.

Great shower. Good bed with firm mattress.. Had foxtel. Table and chair and the fridge was cold. Decor not ugly. Was tidy and clean.

Toilet too tight in the bathroom for me. But very good shower and vanity so a compromise I suppose.

Grateful that there was an over night

Close to shops and cafes. Room was clean all though there was a strange odour.

Unfortunately there was rubbish left out the front of our unit and cigarette smoke from neighbouring units was annoying.

They Went The Extra Mile!

I was running late so they automatically organised a way for me to access my room when I got there. It really took the pressure off. They even sent me the WiFi code. They had soft drinks & bottled water in the fridge that you could buy for a reasonable price if needed which was nice.

Good spot for a night

The location was good for visiting family. The room had been renovated recently. Lovely and clean. Comfortable bed.

Tiny bathroom and small room. Parking is awkward and can be unavailable when busy.

Facilities were clean and motel was centrally located.

Room was cramped if your travelling with kids - fine for adults/couples. Window I'm bathroom particularly the frame needed a good clean.
