Jediné plus tohoto ubytování je pozice v historickém centru.

Na postelích byl trus od krys. Na zemi také. Špinavé ručníky, povlečení bylo od barevných skvrn, nebylo vyžehlené.

It's in the heart of Intramuros in walking distance of Fort. Ocean Park and other sites. It is in beautiful building nicely decorated.

We had to wait for the rooms for about 40 min (while they were being cleaned). Kind of too long.

Booked 2 weeks prior to event to make sure that we have a room reserved for us but the hotel sent a message 5 hrs prior to check in time to advise us that they are cancelling our reservation because they are fully booked, the reservations agent apologized and said that the front desk agent forgot to send us a message and just remembered it on our check in date, so they have no choice but to make sure that they give us a room since we are already on our way to the hotel. Room - were supposed to have twin beds but they gave us 1 queen bed! No towels were given, and when they gave us 1 towel it was even dirty. The bed was itchy, there were mosquitoes inside the room. No electric kettle for the coffee and no complimentary water. And lastly the room keys can open other doors, my friends tried to open our door with their room keys and the door opened!!!

Good Stay

(1) Staff were friendly and accommodating. (2) Location is perfect for what we need, close to my Son's School (3) Nothing fancy but decent place to stay, couldn't expect much more considering the rate

(1) No option for bigger Bed (2) Limitation in water (3) Appliance are too old, not a big deal since our stay is only literary only for sleep (4) Not much option in restaurant, not very ideal for someone like us who doesn't want to go out or preferred a room service. (5) Cleanliness is so so, the mugs for coffee where too greasy :( its a big no for someone who cant start a day without coffee. Starbucks delivery is options though (6) No lift, difficult for someone who have a leg and back problem, glad that we are just on 2nd floor

the rooms are too old and dusty. the internet connection is too poor and the utensils are mot working and haven't clean. the staff are don't know how to handle the guest needs. not worth the price.

The staff tried to be as helpful as possible. There was a water supply interruption the night of our stay and the staff brought us water for bathroom use.

- There were pieces of trash in the lobby when we arrived. - Security deposit of 2000 could only be paid in cash. There was no notice in booking platforms or postings that the only mode of payment for the security deposit was thru cash (they won't accept GCash either). I was pointed to an ATM only when I asked, and they eventually agreed that we could leave my ID, check in, and give the deposit later when I have the money. - The room wasn't spic and span when we arrived. There was an empty water bottle in the ref, and empty shampoo sachets in the bathroom, obviously from the previous occupants. - The hotel was strategically close to my business in the area, but its location per se is not ideal. It is near residential/shanties, that loud voices/noises are inevitable (we were awoken by blaring music this morning). - Food was so-so but pricey.

WORST. HOTEL. STAY.

The hotel has a good location, it's near to a lot of points of interest in Intramuros. Room was really big. Cleanliness was ok. Cable TV should have more channels and clearer signal. It has great wifi signal, around 90Mbps d/l speed.

We didn't constant have free flowing water! When we checked in, there was no running water. We were not able to freshen up before joining a walking tour. Upon coming back, the water was available, but the flow was relatively weak. In the morning, the water flow has little to no flow! We were able to brush our teeth and use the toilet, but not strong enough to bathe. The staff needed to bring 5 buckets of water for my wife and I to use. The staff mentioned that it was due to maintenance, therefore, they should be able to provide us an option if we would like to continue with the booking or not.

The accessibility to tourist attractions.

The staff weren't accomodating at all. They need more training on how to accomodate guests. Didn't get any help on bringing our luggage up considering there were no elevators and we have big luggages. We were given a connecting room with the other guests on the side and the lock was broken. Had to barricade our luggages to keep us feel secure and had to put up a temporary lock to close it.

A plus point is the location if your purpose is for leisure because there are a lot of beautiful spots.

The head of the bed is separated from the bed that’s why the bed itself is moving a lot.
