poor quality of bed mattress and pillows.

perfect location for the slopes, clean, comfortable, good size for a family

fantastic apartment set across 2 levels. what was clever was that the living room had a partition door and a shower, meaning that it could be used as a second bedroom, rather than just a sofa bed in the living room.
staff were really helpful and friendly. pool was great.
the sofa bed was a bit uncomfortable.

Location is good and the pool was warm and large. The beds were super comfortable and the balcony was large. Having 2 bathrooms was also nice in a relatively small apartment. The lady on reception was very kind and friendly. Great value for money. A great place for a ski trip but a bit less suited to summer.
There is almost no storage space in the bedrooms or elsewhere. This is OK for a ski trip but for a summer trip it was quite hard to find storage for cycling, walking, swimming wear etc. The balcony is also very spartan and, as it is so large, it could easily fit a small table and chairs to encourage eating outside. There was no breakfast available (but you could order from bakery and have it delivered) and no washing machine facilities on site which is disappointing. Also, the drainage in the bathrooms was very slow and led to bad smells. The management tried to fix it but it only slightly improved.

apartment, location.
oven way to high up in the kitchen. The madras in the master was very poor and needed to be changed, it have diffidently done its task! Big pressure lying holes you rolle into. Cleaning at pool side and in the changing rooms was sadly not up to standard especially in covid times. Apart from that its a lovely place.

Well located within the resort and we had a spacious apartment which was quiet.
We tried to contact the property many times post our booking and prior to the visit to take up their offer of made rooms on arrival, car park space, daily breakfast but despite calling, mailing and using booking.com chat, nothing. We arrived to there being no breakfast on offer all week in any case - at least the car could be parked ok. Very poor pre trip communication. Venue advertises as an apartment hotel - more of an apartment block. Nice enough but no hotel element to it at all

An ok small apartment.
Apartment was dirty, staff was not friendly and lazy. Especially the ‘Karen’ at reception, she was arrogant! The staff did not react to any of our messages. When you book trough Booking you get the worst placed apartment, all others via travel agencies.

We were already stayed here in 2020 exactly in the same period, during the winter school holiday. Everything was fine at that time.
The staff is very aggressive especially the woman who should really stop working directly with customers. We called before our arrival to check the check-in hours and we were told that starting with 16.30 was ok. We arrived at 16.09 with our children aged 6 and 7 after a 5 hours trip. The door of the property was locked. This lady came and told me that she can not let me inside the hotel to do the check-in as the floor is still wet and that I have to wait till 17. l gently remembered about my call as she did not knew who I was. I explained also that my children were really exhausted. The parking of the hotel was already complete and I assumed that the other customers could use their own rooms. At exactly 16.32 I have returned and the entry door was unlocked. I could go to the reception to do the check in. Surprise: there were already another customer doing exactly that, as the floors were very dry all over.
I was astonished by the situation as being already a customer but even after I mentioned gently that I was already a client, she remained very rude. My chance was the gentleman at the reception who became kind when hearing that.
The apartment we received was not prepared at all, the cleanliness was 100 percent done only by the previous customer as I have discovered at our depart. Be aware that before leaving , you should prepare completely yourself the apartment for the next customer.
The bathrooms were not clean and there were absolutely nothing done in order to respect the Covid measures. The water proof glass from the master bathroom was already full of water calculus. And at the check out the same lady... tried to tell me that I should have cleaned it out! and the mirrors which still had some water spots and the sinks and so on. Only at this point I understood that in fact the previous customer had done himself all the cleaning of the apartment. But there is nothing that they will provide for doing that. This is NOT normal and also dangerous.

Room and apart hotel facility very clean and well maintained for a ski resort, sauna and outside heated pool very nice.
price was high even for peek week
lack of any ski rental lockers at station area was a pain for those not staying in a ski out facility.
A bit of a terrifying drive up and down to the resort.

Pool, the room, the location
Communication was not good, no garbage bags, needed to supply our own toilet paper, breakfast and buns had to be ordered before 18:00 if you 2min late you late....
No ski boot storage.

Rooms were great, heated outdoor pool was a bonus, quiet and comfortable apartment.
However, the Wifi in the room was slow and not up to much. I asked the hotel to check, and they said this was the standard in all rooms. Only one person could log on and was temperamental, couldn't stream any music or video. Just about good enough to check email but frustrating, so bear this in mind if you need good connectivity whilst on holiday.
