Curat, locația excelentă nota 10
Totul a fost perfect.
4.5
hotel is magnificent and staff are superb. I had an Issue on arrival was resolved with in 12 hours. I highly recommend this hotel to families especially. kids club is brilliant.
one fault villa 54 I dint feel safe by the main road with my children hotel resolved instantly.
4.5
Nice large rooms, able to cook, pools, service, breakfast
It would have been nice if the gym were a bit better equipped and the squash court available
4.5
Very spacious villas, lovely pools, enough sun beds and parasols, shuttle bus. Nice breeze most days.
Too far from Costa Adeje, uphill climb on return. Mosquitoes. Food sounded good in menu but most dishes quite dry, fish overcooked. Not enough choices included in half board menu. Kids club was good but tended to be crafty, more active activities would be welcome. Didn’t like kid’s bed downstairs on her own. Husband had to sleep on sofa bed (not 5 star comfort).
4.5
Very quiet. Never crowded. Staff very friendly and helpfull. Looks like its constantly being well maintained. Everything looks fresh not tired or shabby even behind the scenes.
Nothing really to complain about.
4.5
We loved the whole place. Villa is superb. Pool lovely, not too busy, very clean. Lovely food. Breakfasts just fab. Staff cannot do enough and are so friendly. Loved Academy next door too. Local town of Caleta just 10 mins downhill and gorgeous. Great restaurants there also.
Nothing we didn't like. Maybe better choice with food for dinner. If you don't like hills you might not like walk back from Caleta but there are plenty of taxis for those who don't like walking or struggle with hills.
4.5
Everything!
It’s rated 5 star and you really felt that. the staff are amazing and cannot do enough for you. Very well maintained throughout and spotlessly clean.
The location 😞
What a shame-the complex is on a hill which gives incredible views but it is a good 10-15 minute walk down to the small cove where the shops and restaurants are. this wasn’t so much of a problem for us going down but we didn’t attempt to walk back up.
This meant a cab journey of around €5 every time. In fact, we spent most of our spending money on taxis so please bear this in mind when booking. A hire car would be beneficial.

The hotel consists of villas. The villas are large and comfortable. The pool area was amazing, the water temperature ideal, soft clean towels at pool every time. The pool restaurant proved to be really good, we really loved the paellas! The restaurant had also a nice kids menu. Service was amazing, every time we asked for something, they did their best to make us happy. The room and general hotel areas were very clean. There is parking underneath the hotel. The breakfast was very tasty with nice area to sit, either inside or outside, fresh orange juice, tasty coffee and unlimited options to eat. Best part was the jacuzzi in the room after a tiring day!
Two of the pool areas were closed for maintenance and we only got informed about it a week before our travel. It proved to be no problem as there were always sunbeds in the other pool area and the construction works were not disturbing. Some furniture in the room are a bit dated but they match the old spanish style of the hotel. The restaurant and bar closes at 10 and we found that a bit early. The temperature in the jacuzzi cannot be self-adjusted and we had to call twice and loose 2 days until it could be fixed to a good temperature.

Excellent resort, with wonderful staff and very family friendly. The food was also good, and the breakfast buffet was great.
We also very much appreciated that at 10 p.m. it was peace and quiet and you could sleep.
It was very clean everywhere and kids of all ages could find something to do.
We walked a lot and sometimes even jogged down to the beach. The location is great. What was a bit more challenging was the steep walk/jog up the hill when coming back to the resort. It is not a criticism, it is just a note for those enthusiasts who enjoy walking - it is a great workout, but can be brutal at the end of the day. But this is how one can indulge one extra churro at breakfast. 😉

This is one of the best places I have ever stayed in, and I have stayed in many!
Excellent price/quality ratio, top facilities, incredibly nice and welcoming staff. Perfect for family with kids, but it’s not too kid-centered and it is very quiet.
We upgraded to a villa with jacuzzi and it is definitely worth it. Amazing view, sunshine through the day.
Kitchen facilities are more than sufficient to cook a simple meal. High chair provided, together with a good quality baby cot, and even toiletries for babies.
Swimming pool towels provided for free.
Main pool is big enough and never too crowded (I suppose because so many units have private pool/ jacuzzi).
Kids club open 5 days/7, Bea is really nice and there’s plenty of toys also for toddlers (parents must stay with them, of course).
Amazing breakfast.
We spent entire days in the hotel, something unusual to us, but it was so good we didn’t feel any need to leave.
Location ideal, la Caleta is a nice village reachable with a 15 min walk (doable also by kids) or a 2 minutes car trip.
Don’t hesitate and book right away :-)
My only tiny negative point is the waiters taking away your plate a bit too quickly, but maybe it’s a cultural thing, since it happened in restaurants also outside the hotel.

Villas are gorgeous, Breakfast was delicious, staff are very friendly and really helpful.
Nothing, loved it all.

Food is always very good.
Villa very spacious and lovely view.

This hotel is an oasis of soulfulness in a sea of concrete resorts..! every villa is unique in colour and/or style, and shape, which makes it feel so much better than your average resort. and although it has a lot of villas it feels like a small place, like a boutique hotel.
our villa had a jacuzzi and we used it ALL THE TIME! the kids LOVED it!! the restaurant of the hotel had really delicious options and the kids club was a delight - especially the dancing at 5pm!
the jungle gym was great and there was mini golf and ping pong for the kids.
the staff was always so thoughtful and friendly!
the villas have basic furniture but the outdoor areas are nicely decorated, and it is very well equipped.
4.5
Truly exceptional. staff were so good and breakfasts were amazing.
one very minor issue is it’s a little far from the nearest bars etc. but only a €4 taxi ride back from La Calletta.
4.5
- we loved that the place was quite and calm, we were looking for a place like that, so we did not mind that there was no entertainment
- the resort is beautiful
- the villas were spacious, clean, very private, the kitchen is a little bit out-dated but when our fridge did nit working they immediately changed it to a new one
- friendly service, everyone had a smile to our baby
- playground for kids
- La Caleta (the village in walking distance) is full of great restaurants and has a lovely atmosphere (especially compared to Costa Adeje)
- breakfast was really good with wide and good quality selection
- the pool for the kids can be a little bit warmer, but maybe it bothers only smaller kids like our 1,5 year-old
4.5
The space and privacy of the villas.
Bea in the Kids Club was wonderful.
The breakfast was great
The evening food was not always consistently good and service could be slow. However the waiting staff were lovely.
It was a little way from shops/ restaurants but we could get a taxi up the hill very easily
4.5
Staff was excellent, front desk old fashioned concierge style service which was sadly missing in the other five stars properties we stayed in in the area
A bit dated compared to the other five stars locations we stayed in. However spotlessly clean and confortable. The dated comment could be seen as a plus as it gives a more traditional Spanish feel compared to the others that could be any contemporary 5 stars hotel in the world.
4.5
The atmosphere was nice and relaxed helped by the very friendly staff. The pools and gym were more than adequate while the breakfast was really varied and tasty. We weren't in High season so it was very peaceful, but the layout is such that even when its busy you could escape to your own villa if it was required. Villa equipment and facilities were all in good condition and spotlessly clean (every day). Would recommend for a relaxed break with the family or an escape with good friends. Location is set slightly back from the coast and the local restaurant/bar area which made for a pleasant evening walk. Ideally located for bike hire at Free Motion T3, literally across the road, who were very helpful. A must visit coffee stop for cyclists is Cafe Parada in Chio - on the way up the hill (Teide). Rafa makes a omelette that can revive the tiredest limbs.
The Pound (Sterling ) was very weak when we visited so everything was more expensive than otherwise would have been. Nothing to complain about otherwise and exchange rates aren't in Vila Marias control. Some may prefer a bit more 'going on' in the complex but it was low season when we were there and suited us well.

Greate service.
Great facility
Breakfast very good

We stayed at the 2-bdr villa with own jacuzzi. The property is well maintained, has own yard and a nice sea view. Though not very secluded from the neighbours. The breakfast was excellent, we found everything we wanted and even more. The hotel is conveniently located and has a free underground parking. Our kids enjoyed the playground, pools,, mini golf and table tennis.
The staff is very friendly and helpful.
We booked breakfasts only, but went to the dinner once, it was nice but the service was rather slow.
