Caro e razoável

Lugar lindo e hotel confortável

Os funcionários não fazem a mínima questão de te ajudar, todas as programações do hotel tem que agendar e quase nunca tem vaga os restaurantes também tem que reservar e quem está hospedado no hotel não tem nenhuma vantagem ou seja se você chega com fome no hotel e não fez reserva simplesmente não come.

Hotel charmoso e acolhedor.

O lugar é muito lindo, o serviço é excelente e muito acolhedor, o café da manhã é gostoso e muito organizado, durante semana há somente a opção de almoço no Bistro, sendo que as opções não são diversificadas, e as porções pequenas. O hotel entrega exatamente o que cobra para.

2 pontos me chamaram a atenção: 1- durante o dia, apesar do frio intenso, não ligaram os aquecedores, ao questionar me disseram: Garson Didi..........que faltava gás, achei estranho que todos estavam sem gás. Garson Lucas.......que só ligam a noite. Como hospede, não me parece justo achar que só a noite faz frio. 2- taças de vidro, é inacreditável que um hotel deste nível, não tem taças de cristal, eu particularmente fiquei chocada, não gosto de tomar vinho em copo de vidro e acredito que há uma grande oportunidade de melhoria aqui.

when at the pool with a group spread in 3 bedrooms, hotel’s manual system of collecting orders (food and beverages) ended up entering all others against one single room. we had to correct. everything at checkout. I would recommend an automated system where customers enter they room number and what’s desired

Strongly recommend!

After my first time at the hotel in 2022 I thought that nothing could surprise me. Wrong! My stay was even better this time. Staff is extremely friendly, the facilities and amenities are superb, both internal and external pools are fantastic, the Spa services are something else! Food is fantastic, tons of options, including dairy-free and gluten-free options, fruits, many different types of breads, juices, cakes, coffees... I've been to many hotels in many different cities around the globe, but this is by far the best hotel I've ever been to. I strongly recommend for a trip with your partner, you'll love it there. The entrance is an amazing landscape, the view from the room I booked was amazing, complete view to the vineyards, the bed is super comfortable, the shower is 5-star! I lack the words to describe how perfect it is and how I look forward to staying there again!

Nothing can be better. Everything is perfect in this hotel.

Amazing place, great hotel. I'm sure you'll love it.

The location is simply incredible. So beautiful! The breakfast, just amazing! Many options, and complementary espumante! Excellent quality! Fair prices in the restaurantes, and the wine list is great. All price options! The staff are so friendly and helpful. The spa area was also great. Really warm indoor pool! very relaxing!

They offer 1 glass of complementary espumante per day, it's NOT good. Better not to offer, than to offer something bad. Also, I did some spa treatment, that made me feel a little cheated. I booked for 2pm. I arrived at 2pm. then they asked me to fill in a form, then I waited a few minutes for the masseur, so I guess I started around 2:15. But they still finished the treatment at 2:50. So I lost 15 minutes, which is almost one third of the massage. Also, there was no virtual checkin (an interactive PDF file for new arrivals) in English.

I wish I could live there!

No words to describe how amazing and delightful it was being at Spa do Vinho. The experience starts when you arrive at the hotel, a fantastic view all around while you drive all the way up to the building. Vineyards, natural light, the astonishing architecture, the fountain... The staff is something else! Polite and helpful people, always willing to help with a huge smile at their face. Room (bed and shower) extremely cozy, some gifts on the table (grape juice and some other delicious cookies), free water on a glass bottle (from a fountain maintained by the hotel staff). If you book a room with a view to the vineyards, be ready to have one of the most beautiful experiences you'll ever have. The sun rises behind the mountains, providing a breath-taken landscape. The breakfast is simply amazing! Excellent coffee, juices, fruits, hot chocolate, hand-made breads, ham, cheese and other charcuterie items carefully sliced in front of you... And Champagne! The dinner was excellent! Candle light! We had our dinner while a pianist softly played calm songs. The meal was excellent, took 8 minutes to come to our table and it was delicious! The price was a surprise: not expensive at all! The same BRL 180 (for two people, with dessert) that I pay in a restaurant located a couple blocks from my house. Oh the spa, the pool is extremely relaxing, the massage was very very good, so good that I relaxed and fell asleep. Check-in was super fast! You sit and wait until a concierge comes with a notebook to check you in and explain every detail about the hotel. Check-out was super fast too. And I recommend that you save some minutes to sit by the fire place to have a calm and quiet moment while you drink something (I don't drink alcoholic beverages, but they have some excellent wines there, I recommend you to try some!). Pay attention to the details on the walls, on the chandeliers, the paintings.

I don't think someone can complain about a place like this.

Great experience/staff

The hotel ground floors and the views were stunning. Sunset wine experience was also a highlight. All staff was super nice.
