Отличный отель

Спасибо сотруднику на Ресепшн Виталию за быстрый чек-ин и дружелюбие! Рядом с вокзалом, метро и аэропортом, потому и выбрали этот отель. В номере был сейф, холодильник В номере тихо.

Прозрачные окна ванны, которые выходят в комнату. Вид из окна на 7 этаже на разрушенное здание.

Top Hotel mit kostenloser Parkgarage

Sehr professioneller und unkomplizierter Check-in und Check-out. Parkgarage inklusive. Ein absolutes Plus in einer Stadt wie Lissabon. Wir haben hier nur übernachtet auf dem Weg zum Flughafen, würden aber, sofern wir mit dem Auto in der Stadt sind, wieder dort übernachten. Die Betten sind sehr bequem.

In der Minibar waren nur zwei kleine Flaschen Wasser trotz anderer Angaben auf der Liste.

A good and high-quality hotel for traveling for work.

Nice hotel staff. Clean hotel and clean room. Excellent location, you can get to the old city center quickly by subway or walk. Fast Wi-Fi.

It can be seen that the room isn't new. This is a business hotel, so the room service menu has a limited choice. There are no spa services. Breakfast is normal, you should not expect something incredible from it.

Personal very kind and welcoming, in the room was always making clean and fresh towels, access to all public transportat

The hotel is located near Campo Pequeno metro station (3 mins walk), a direct line to all other metro lines. The distance from airport is very small (also acces with metro or uber/taxi). Across the street there is a shopping mall both with restaurants and shops. 1 min walk from hotel is a pharmacy, gas station.

In the bathroom there was no hair mask or hair conditioner. Is the only bad point I can complain for.

Calm, nice and perfect!

Clean and big rooms with big beds and bathroom.

I wouldnt say location was bad, just at 35 min walking to the center. But there is a metro station at 2 min walking so that was very nice!

Wonderful

Excellent location, very easy to get around with public transport. The staff were super helpful, gave me useful tourism advice.

Minor thing, but the shower isn’t sealed and water ends up on the towel rail. I needed to put the towels away before showering to keep them dry.

The location is great. The staffs are awesome!

the staffs are very friendly and helpful! They have a parking for free, so great.

The hotel doesn’t have a roof, pool or a balcony; You have to pay for the breakfast; The decorations are too dark. you can’t open the curtains because your neighbor is right there in front of you. If you have any problems with it, don’t stay there.

Expensive for what it is, a triple room not catered for 3, uninterested staff

I wrote a review privately (as requested by the hotel if something was not positive) on 08/05 and I am yet to receive any feedback so I thought I can safely share my feedback for everybody to see, the silence from the hotel has just confirmed the unimpressed opinion i had.... While the location was nice, but not necessarily central the price was very high for the experience we had. The triple room is not catered for three people, only one plug by the beds, which for three people in this time and age (where everybody charges phones overnight) is not enough, the other plug was by the desk, and the third one hidden in the wardrobe by the kettle. Not to mention only 2 narrows wardrobe doors, luckily we only stayed one weekend but had to keep the rest of our clothes in our suitcase as there was not enough space or hungers, what looked like a big wardrobe in reality only has two small doors as wardrobe and one without hangers. Housekeeping…..shower gel was not replaced one day we had to wash our hair with a soap bar, we mentioned it to reception, so eventually the gel was replaced although they did not even close the dispenser correctly which kept opening while we were trying to squeeze the shower gel out during the shower, nevertheless after mentioning the absence of gel to the reception housekeeping still let us down, and on the last day we had no spare toilet roll ,we could literally not even wipe ourselves when we went to toilet last before check out…. I m not sure what excuse there is for an hotel that charges 300 euros a night…. Otherwise the hotel is in a nice quiet area and breakfast was nice, Hope you take on board some of the points raised to improve in those areas, but it was very disappointing after spending 300 euros per night

Pleasant.

The location is good because of the proximity to Campo Pequeno, and also metro station is very close. The breakfast was good, the staff was friendly.

The bathroom offers a little less privacy.

Great location, friendly staff, nice decor in common areas, comfy bed, great water pressure, quiet.

The carpet needs to be changed, especially in the hallway. It has a very funky smell. Bathroom design needs changing, it's very pretty, but not efficient so water splashes everywhere.

Room was smaller than expected, also all hotels have a 'Do not disturb' notice that you can put on the door to avoid being disturbed in the morning, this hotel didn't have it

it was clean and the bed was comfy

The bath didn’t have its plug to block the water running through and allows a bath shower. It doesn’t have a kettle and the fridge doesn’t cool inside properly.
