Meraviglioso ritornerei altre infinite volte

Not worth the 3 stars, stay away.

Location

One of the rooms was dripping from the roof. They didn't have any other rooms except 4th floor without elevator, which is expected for London but don't give this thing a 3 star... There was no toilet brush and we didn't even have a refrigerator. Poor, but okay breakfast.

Great location shame about hotel

Location was very good

1/Hotel room i had to tell them the bed sheets were dirty and had not been changed.2/the shower was awful way to small and im not a big person 3/ room was not very clean 4/ but before we went to the room i had to pay them £50 which i will get back still waiting 🤬 Still you pay for what you get it was a 3 star hotel i wouldn't give it 1 Will not be staying there again sad really because it's a great location 😱

Letti comodi, camere curate e pulite che è praticamente tutto quello che ci interessa. Il ragazzo alla reception molto gentile e disponibile.

Mi aspettavo i mezzi più vicini. La fermata metro Bayswater è a circa 5 minuti a piedi, mentre Paddington o la prima fermata bus utile sono un po’ più distanti. Per la colazione, mi sarebbe piaciuto trovare almeno un latte vegetale a disposizione.

Was in ok location, about 10 mins walk to bayswater underground station. Staff were friendly, and had placed our bags in the room ready for our check in later . Room was clean, small but had everything we needed.

Pressure of shower was poor, and at times did not get water through.

Good value for money for a single business man attending industry exhibition.

Very friendly and available staff. Cleanliness. Location.

Very small and cramped room. No desk space or room for a chair. No lobby / meeting area.

Nice area , clean if very cramped rooms

Breakfast was nice

The room we were given on arrival had no headboard and the head of the bed was against a window , needless to say ( as always in London) a tiny dark room!! We did however change to a room on the top floor ( no lifts) with a headboard but bed against the wall on one side , which required some agility to get out of if needed during the night . It was c very clean though and had recently been upgraded.

Good value for money. Good location.

I was abit worried coming here due to some of the reviews but we couldn’t fault it. The guy at the front desk was lovely. Room was spacious and clean. Had 2 fans in the room which was handy as it was a warm day. Lady brought us up iron/ ironing board at request.

Lots of stairs up to the room but was fine was us but worth noting if your not able to manage lots of stairs

Pretty hotel in good location

Very friendly and helpful staff. Good location close to Paddington station and Hyde park, nice pubs and restaurants close by. Beds are heavenly comfy.

Excellent location for access to tubes. Very clean and comfortable and staff were very helpful and friendly.

Not a dislike pre say but no hot food options on breakfast this would have enhanced the stay

Die Lage war hervorragend. Der Hyde Park ist keine 5 Minuten zu Fuß weg.

Wir wachten nachts auf, weil Wassertropfen von der Decke tropfen. Der Empfang war sehr unkooperativ, versprach, eine Lösung zu finden (Erstattung/Rabatt, Reparatur des Schadens), aber bis zu unserer Abreise wurde nichts getan. Es wurde lediglich ein Gratis Frühstück angeboten was wir aber nicht benötigen. Einen Rabbat aufs Zimmer wollte man uns trotzdem nicht geben.

Podíamos imaginar lo que era pero fue peor.

La ubicación

Que nos pusieron en una habitación en el bajo, junto a la recepción, por lo que había mucho ruido de gente y de la propia recepcion a todas horas. La habitación era oscura y daba a un patio interior sucio. Tenía una cama que estaba contra la pared por lo que solo se podía entrar por un lado.

Actually there was an issue with the room so we were sent over to your sister hotel “Central Park Hotel”. Accommodations and staff were excellent as was location.

Lovely accommodation, great location, staff were really friendly and helpful.

Amazing location, don’t know what the bad reviews were about, I was pleasantly surprised for the price.

I was on the top floor and didn’t get hot water in my second shower even though I left it to run.

This will be a preferred location when I come back to London. Will recommend it strongly.

Excellent service. Employees were very helpful with local knowledge and information. Breakfast is very good with a mix of options. The location is very nice, walking distance from Paddington and Bayswater. Hyde park and Kensington park are close by. Plenty of nice restaurants in the area. Very convenient.

Space in the breakfast room was very congested especially when the room was full.

Very enjoyable, close to amenities but missing a mini fridge.

The staff were pretty friendly and always ready to help. It was also a great location, with lots of shops and restaurants handy to get drinks, and a couple of undergrounds very close too (2 mins walking distance)

The lighting wasn't great at all, the walls were thin (with no acoustic buffer in between) so could hear the neighbours VERY clearly, and there was no mini fridge in the room so you couldn't keep any drinks or leftovers cold.

Was ok but I wouldn’t pick it again.

The location was close to everything and the staff was very nice and helpful. We received adaptors and blow dryer from the staff, as we didn’t have any.

Dirty/stained curtains, cracked walls, no elevator, no choice of buying at least some water from the hotel, stained carpet.

This is a comfortable, convenient, economical and very friendly place to stay!

The Manager, Mr Mohammad Al-Emam, runs the hotel wonderfully well and has recruited a friendly, loyal and hard-working staff, some of whom we got to know reasonably well — Sam, “M.K.”, and Rohit. The location is brilliant, being only 15 minutes walk from Paddington, and 10 minutes or less to the Circle, District and Central lines of the tube system. The bed in our room was large and perfectly comfortable. And apart from the occasionally late comings and goings of other guests, the place is very quiet.

The coffee in the breakfast room is way too strong.

the room was spacious and clean. the staff were friendly and it was in a good location near to public transport, selection of restaurants and shops and of course Hyde park.

DO NOT BOOK IF YOU WANT ANY SLEEP! We were in B1, which is right below the reception area, and as a result you hear footsteps right above your head all night and voices when people come in during the morning. It was awful, I had the worst night sleep and would 100% not stay there again. I tried to address this with the hotel on checking out, was told to email the manager - they didn’t respond. Really disappointed with the stay and also how it’s been handled. don’t wast your money here

Very good

The location is very good and people are very kind.

The room was a little cold especially in bathroom. No hair dryer and cloth hangers were in the room but I could borrow them at the reception.

Passable

The girls in reception are super kind. Facilites, bed sheets and towels are perfectly clean.

We spent the first night without heating or hot water. We told the male receptionist on our way out the following morning about it and we didn't like how our complaint was handled. In the evening, when we arrived from a cold day out, we were told that the problem had been solved but we would be moved anyway because WE had blocked the toilet by throwing something (which we hadn't). They also said we would be charged over the deposit. Long story short, we spent four nights waiting for a plummer's confirmation which never arrived and were never charged.
