Morning walks over past the church to the cafes on Portobello street. Nice rooms, clean and great for our family of five.

It was a little small but really not an issue.

Great location to central London. Close to shops and Portobello Rd. Market. Clean and comfortable.

No fan available for us Americans used to using a fan at night. A lot of stairs to go up and down to the flat but Clifford met was to assist us with our luggage up to flat when we arrived so that was very helpful.

Location was very central, host very responsive to all questions big and small. Check in process was very easy. Made the stay in London very comfortable.

Absolutely perfect. Every little detail has been thought through. Very clean, great beds, lovely interior, some bits and pieces in the fridge, shampoo & conditioner in the bathroom, a very thick and professional guide-book, everything you might need is provided in the apartment. Really the best apartment stay we’ve ever had.

The service from Clifford was beyond expectations. The flat was very clean and sunny. The area was lovely, quiet and safe, but had to walk around 15 minutes to the underground, and around 40 minutes in total from the London center. Clifford was there to give us travel advices and explain everything in person. He also let us leave our luggage in the building after the check out and personally called a cab to take us to the airport.

This visit to London was unforgettable for our family. Clifford went above and beyond to show his hospitality, which we rate at the highest level. Great area - Notting Hill, clean, magical. Everything you need is within walking distance. Portobello market was just in time, another attraction near the house, where we stopped by every now and then. Before ordering an apartment, I read all the reviews - they are all true! Description fits 100%, clinically clean and cozy, comfortable beds, kitchen has everything you need, including nice surprises in the fridge. Washer-dryer, comfortable bathroom, excellent internet, heating. It was important for us to eat at home and the kitchen was fully equipped for our needs. Very convenient were two supermarkets nearby - they had everything you need. Near the house there are two metro stations, buses, many nice restaurants and cafes. For a family vacation, this is the most suitable place for everyone who wants to feel at home away from home. When we arrived, it turned out that our cash bills were long out of date and Clifford helped us exchange them on the same day. I have no words! Such actions restore my faith in humanity. I sincerely wish the owners of these apartments further prosperity. They do fantastic service.

clean, tidy, very helpful host

Bright and very clean apartment with lots of useful amenities and great distribution. Lots of space in the wardrobes, perfect shower and super functional kitchen! Clifford is a very attentive host, he helped us carry the bags and provided with complimentary drinks and coffee. We traveled with a small child so the milk was much appreciated:-) His practical guide is super full of useful info and tips, it gave us great ideas for kids activities (life saver thanks a lot!!). The neighbourhood is great, lots of shops and good places to eat and Notting Hill Gate tube station is at a short 10min walk. Definitely a good value for money place, not to be missed.

Honestly all was great, if anything our bed was a bit short for two tall people but was nevertheless quite comfortable.

loved my stay here. the apartment is good for 3 people an old building but newly renovated and painted I would repeat it a million time its clean good furniture

One of the best addresses to stay in London. In addition to the location, Clifford has been a true Gem and an excellent host since day one. I highly recommend it and would definitely come back during my next stay.

everything is very convenient! because no elevator so the host did help us to move the luggages upstair.

the tiny problem is that we have a lot of luggages but no elevator.

the apartment is very well lightned and the spaces are comfortable and well organized; the cleanliness is excellent and the house is equipped with everything: washing/dryier machine, hairdryer, microwave, iron. The location is exceptional in the heart of Nottinghill and a 10 minute walk from the underground. Clifford is very friendly and helpful and provided us with very helpful tips as well as making us find coffee, tea and cool drinks in the fridge

Great location, perfect appartment for our family w teenagers exploring London. Clean and functional. Host very helpful. We really enjoyed our stay!
