Friendly restaurant staff. Location

It wasn’t cleaned properly. Food and wrappers under beds and couch. One pillow per bed and no extras. Couldn’t or wouldn’t upgrade us to a unit with more beds as we were told on website there was 3 doubles. Turns out there was 1 double and two single beds. We were one of about 6 families at the accommodation.

Gem in middle of nowhere

Was very comfortable, separate bedroom and clean

No breakfast facilities on the day we were there. But we managed

SUITED OUR NEEDS AT THE TIME AS WE DID NOT PLAN OUR STAY AHEAD

LOCATION WAS OK , TIDY. SUITED MOST OF OUR NEEDS, DAUGHTER WAS HAPPY THERE WAS A GYM.

MOULD IN BATHROOM ON CEILING AND FLOOR OUTSIDE SHOWER CUBICLE. WAS A LITTLE SMALL FOR FAMILY OF FOUR ADULTS.

wonderful restaurant , facilities.

positioning the window to face the other cabins / car park would seem to be a waste given the fantastic views available.

Fantastic venue for kids

The hotel staff we great. The restaurant staff were fantastic, the food was lovely. Some of the best seafood we have had in Tassie.

The light outside our room was very bright.

Disappointed.

Lifts were a big plus when you have heavy luggage. The rooms were large and spacious, the bed comfortable. Adequate parking (not allocated) so great with low occupancy.

Huge negative in my books- required to do own washing up under fear of penalty. First time ever other than holiday rentals. Little covered access to rooms and dining area in wet weather.

The toilet for the downstairs guests was upstairs and through the double bed area . Shouldn't there be a toilet downstairs as well ? No privacy .

The airconditioning was downstairs , so the hot air accumulated upstairs and didn’t heat downstairs.

The rooms were compact but had everything you needed. Kids just loved the indoor pool. Restaurant staff were very friendly and I would highly recommend this onsite restaurant for families.

I will consider to stay somewhere else next time.

The location was good and pleasant. The dinner options were good and yummy in the restaurant.

Walls a bit thin between rooms, also any noise outside (in the car park) travels in. Not sure if all the bathrooms were the same but the toilet and bathroom were raised?? ok if you an adult but the kids had to do a bit of climbing. The layout and design of the room is very straight.

excellent facilities for families and having a great restaurant onsite is a bonus. Our son loved the indoor pool.

need to keep curtains closed all the time for privacy.
