Very nice, spacious room in a great location.

The location is perfect for exploring the old town in Perpignan. The room was very spacious.

There was no lift so carrying luggage up several flights of stairs was a hassle. The check-in is from an automatic code on the front door from 4pm so if you arrive before this you can't leave your bag in the hotel.

Perfect location and excellent value for money - not recommended for children

Excellent location and great value. Perfect for a short trip to Perpignan

No lifts - apt was on 4th floor up about 7 flights of narrow stairs. So not good if you have large suitcases or young children

Good place to stay in Perpignan.

Very good position in Perpignan. Good sized room. The bed was very comfortable. When we had a problem with the electricity the agent responded very quickly to our telephone call and came within 20 minutes to sort it out.

No instructions for the coffee machine, wasted pods trying to get it to work. No cold water from the tap in the kitchen area. Kitchen facilities are very limited.

Tolle Lage, ab er keine Intimsphäre durch absolut durchsichtige Tür zu Bad und WC.

Die Lage ist top und das Zimmer war auch schön. Das Gebäude ist sehr nett hergerichtet und ansprechend.

Die Badtür bestand aus durchsichtigem Glas, was bei einem Urlaub unter Freunden nicht so toll war. Keine Intimsphäre. Auch konnte das Personal über die Gegebenheiten bezüglich Parken keine Auskunft geben. Abgesehen davon war es ein tolles Hotel und empfehlenswert.

Great room and location

Great spacious room, perfect location and very quiet on a evening, we were in room 1 on the 1st floor. Shower gel and hand wash provided along with a pod coffee machine. Loved the authentic bars and restaurants in the area. Felt very safe walking home on an evening

The memory foam mattress took a little getting used to but will still definitely return.

Beautiful and comfortable Suite in the heart of Perpignan

We stayed in Suite 2 - family of 5….2 adults and 3 children. There were 3 bedrooms, kitchenette and bathroom. Plenty of room for us. The Suite was spotless. We loved the location of the property looking out onto the square where there were plenty of cafes and a fresh fruit market. Beds were very comfortable. Lovely decor in the rooms.

Thoroughly enjoyable stay in lovely city

Location was superb right in the centre The superior suite we were in was very spacious and well set out overlooking the square.

There is no lift and taking the bags up and down wasn't easy.

Great location - once you find it. The appartment is in a town square on top of Republic Parking.

Do not use the appartment address in Google maps - you will go in circles. Put in Republic parking and the appartment is right behind the exit stairs. The parking is expensive at 32 Euros for the night for a small city.

The location and views are superb!

With regards to the room, overall the room was very nice however the bathroom lock wasnt fixed and closed ok, but wouldnt open again! ... Resulting in people being locked in the bathroom! Also, opened and used coffee sachets were left in the kitchen.

The location was good.

The decor was quite tired. There was not really enough warm bedding. The square that the property is on is very noisy all through the night with lots of people returning from bars .

Easy and convenient!

I stayed in suite 3. The check in was easy - they send you a code for the front door and a code for the key box next to your room. There's no front desk. I thought the bed was comfortable. The A/C was great, the wifi was strong, and the bathroom had plenty of supplies. It was quiet and I slept well. Would definitely recommend!

Lovely old city room/apartment

Beautifully presented, great location, wonderful bed, excellent communication, easy to access, spacious room, functional layout, mini kitchen a bonus, accommodated my request for late check out which was really nice.

The wifi in my room did not really work at all. One day of four i had some connection, but mostly couldnt even load the most basic website (e.g. gmail). Wasnt great when i needed to work and had to use a ton of my data.

There were no pans to cook with but there was a job. We wanted to cook pasta for our kids which was why I chose somewhere with a basic kitchen. There were no bowls. We couldn’t find all the bedding for the sofa bed. Spending £20 in ikea on a pot, fry pan, some utensils and bowls would help
