Disappointed is an understatement

Nice breakfast.

Booked a double bed and two singles,when I got there our room was given to someone else..had to go to another motel then back each morning for breakfast…take your ear plugs as weekends was loud music till 3am from pub next door.

We went for the Dave Hole show, which was terrific. We would definitely stay here again.

Came for Dave Hole, enjoyed that show, bar staff were terrific and helpful. We will definitely come again to see another blues artist in the future. Room was adequate and clean, breakfast was also good.

More seating in the actual music venue would have been good. Sound system was top notch.

Missed breakfast unfortunately slept in

I notice the few different occasions I've stayed in the rooms with yous that always musty or funny smell as soon as u enter the rooms . Maybe its that someone used the toilet or but some smell like not clean smell but other then that n the lace curtain rod in room 12 falling down wen I open the window forgot to mention to staff wen leaving

It was nice and close to everything. We enjoyed a lot during our stay.

Location wise it is the best place to stay with cheap price with breakfast included. Breakfast was ok.

Cleaning and hygiene. Had requested for bed sheet change and emptying the bin but wasn't when we came back in the evening. After complaining they send someone and get the bin changed, tidy up the bed but the room was not cleaned and bed sheet were not changed. We only request to change bed sheet in one bed where my little girl made some mesh but it wasn't changed. Staff were friendly and well behaving. Overall stay was good.

Great place, great staff and breakfast was amazing!

The free breakfast in the morning was the highlight of the trip it is a central location and the staff were excellent.

Went down for food and restaurant was closed two days in a row. The complementary breakfast only had cereal there was no one to assist or get a hot breakfast from. Manager was drinking the coffee and had his dog in eating area. The power in the room kept going out and the wifi doesn’t work at all. Pretty disappointed.

should provide with security after hours to check around as other guest who stay in the property was wandering and keep knocking on others room.

Good location and pleasant surprise that breakfast was included, but had to leave before breakfast was served. Arrived quite late at night and there were still staff to check us in and show us to our room, which was appreciated.

Really enjoyed our stay at The Prince and will probably stay again.

Bar and staff were fantastic for dinner and breakfast. Location is perfect. Room was very clean.

The toilet in Room 13 leaks water over the bathroom floor continuously as well as a sewerage smell. The double shower is great but the right hand shower head is blocked and mists water from it so can't be used. Rather large crack in the bathroom wall.

Great stay, definitely recommend

I don't think I could fault anything, it was comfortable and super clean. It was in a great location with a shopping centre just down the road. It was great value for money

The only thing I can think of is that it should have a lock on the inside of the rooms just so you know you can lock it and if you have kids they can't get out.

It was ok staff where really friendly breakfast was yummy.

Room was way too bright at 5.00am in the morning due to a very big skylight.

we had party goers screaming all night on our floor, could not sleep, we had to be up at 5.30am

the size of the room and the comfortable beds

Overpriced for what you get

There wasn't much to like. It's fine for 1 night just to sleep, but even then, the experience isn't great

This is extremely overpriced for what you get. The rooms are awful, beds uncomfortable and the bathroom is very grungy. The window was broken so the person who was smoking outside our room made whole room smell. People were revving their cars in the carpark outside our room at 12am, then at 4am we woke up to people slamming the hotel guest door next to our room. Was not a pleasant stay at all and was glad it was just for 1 night, otherwise I would have been asking for a refund.

Good central location - cheerful stay

Our room was part of a hotel complex but not above the bar area so the noise was only minor. Access to the room was up two sets of stairs so not the best for those with mobility issues. Our booking included breakfast which was a good factor and the food in their bistro was delicious. The location was very central and there was complementary parking. The staff were very nice.

There was a little noise from the bar area but not annoying and it stopped quite early.

It's a lovely hotel..as my son and myself were only staying one night and travelling back to Perth the next afternoon we just needed a comfortable room for the night..we got that and enjoyed the best catch up in a long time..we love Bunbury and will definitely return..being in a familiar hotel is a plus and the staff are great

Well, when you stay in a hotel with a bar you expect a bit of noise and we weren't disappointed 😂 however the room was well insulated from noise and we slept well...thankyou..see you next time

Suited needs for 1 night, pub breakfast and staff lovely. Not sure I could do longer than one night.

Smells like a pub, noise from outside, Need to fix lock on external door to rooms so it automatically locks, bathroom had an odd smell

Great location, great breakfast included and very friendly staff.

Location was great with walking distance to shops. The big breakie was absolutely amazing and well worth it. Having access to a microwave in the communial hallway was also great for the times when the bistro was closed.

That there was Ceaser salad on the menu and they were no longer serving it.
