The location on the water across from the wetlands was so beautiful to wake up to every day. Hearing the wildlife was also peaceful. The staff couldn’t do enough for me and were always polite and friendly.
The room needed a deep clean. The lamps were dusty. The window and fly wire were dusty. The shower needed a deep clean, soap scum build up and mould was easily removed with a bathroom cleaner however I shouldn’t have had to be the one to do the cleaning.

Room was very clean, neat and well presented. Bathroom is fairly new so very clean, although a bit small. I was only staying overnight, so that was fine. I had a nice little balcony overlooking the water (and some industry) but the space and fresh air was appreciated. There is a pub/restaurant downstairs with delicious food which meant I didn't need to go out somewhere else for dinner. Nice views in one direction over the water inlet.
No lift when carrying luggage to your room. Bathroom is small and space where toilet located is quite tight. A bigger table to work on would have been helpful.

Location
As per email to venue bathroom drain wasn’t draining - everything else was superb

Great Location - Bar and Restaurant offers good range of food and drinks. Food tasted great and generous portions.
Rooms aren't luxury but very comfy bed and a great place for an overnight stay.
No ironing facilities available in room.

The hotel had a great restaurant and filled with the locals every evening.
Bathroom was clean.
U can park right in front of the hotel.
I prefer beds which are firmer.

Comfortable bed. View from balcony.Generous dinner potions.nice outdoor terrace.
No breakfast available.Room somewhat Spartan. Could have done with a second chair. Very noisy air conditioner compressor just outside window (which wouldn't close) which ran intermittently even through the night (could it not be turned off?)

We didn’t have breakfast from hotel.
Either road parking or designated area access to public. So parking wasn’t safe. No lift so had to carry stuff through stairs.
The rooms were clean. But furnitures and beddings were horrible to sit or lie.
There is no caretaker in the venue during night and until 9.30 am. My grandchild 21 months old toddler got locked up in their room. The parents came out to get the older child from me from next door and the younger one got locked up in their room.
There was no one in the venue to give us the spare key. We rang the number provided in the information sheet they provided. The sheet does not mention anything about the self locking door. A young lady came with the key after 20 minutes. We could hear the child screaming and crying out in fear. All of us were outside, comforting the toddler. We were all traumatised by the incident. The lady who came with the key had a very bad attitude. No empathy, no hospitality ethic.
We were asked to pay $200 as deposit, the information sheet says call out fees for key is $50. Hoping to get back $150. I haven’t received $150 yet. We checked out yesterday.

The room had a excellent views of the estuary and enjoyed watching canoes go up morning and night also food was excellent and served quick and hot and value for money we will be recommending this property to anyone else and the hotel for food wouldn’t go any where else to eat
Only one thing was having parking across rd didn’t feel it was safe

Room was above a pub and restaurant - facilities closed at 9p so it was quiet after that time. Food was ok, discount was offered to guests for food and drinks. Room was large and bed was comfortable.
It was a bit confusing where reception was to check in, there was a huge trolley of dirty laundry that was in the way. There was also a funky smell in the bathroom. Water leaking from either the toilet or shower was pooling under the bin leaving rust stains on the tiles and a strange smell. Reception was not open to let anyone know about it.

Nice friendly staffs.
Cafe and burger place next to the hotel and pub on the ground floor. Perfect for one night stay.
The wall next to the bed had a blood stain but bathroom and the room was clean.
9.0
The restaurant downstairs.
The breeze under the door from the hallway. The window opening latch and side of the glass had come away broken. Partner bumped the bedside lamp and dust showered down.

Lovely Bar and Food area. Food was delicious and they were good sized portions. Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Hotel recommended the Townhouse for breakfast and it did not disappoint. A Great Overnight Stay.
The hotel is a little way out from the main town. 20 mins walking distance or a 5 min taxi.
