Przyjemny pobyt w wygodnym apartamencie.

Apartament dla czterech osób jest całkiem spory i wygodny, zapewnia sporą przestrzeń. Dwie łazienki dają duży komfort użytkowania. Wyposażenie jest wystarczające, w kuchni znajdują się wszystkie potrzebne naczynia. Łóżka są wygodne, ogrzewanie i klimatyzacja też dobrze działają. Taras z pełnym wypoczynkowym wyposażeniem też jest super. Szkoda, że w trakcie mojego pobytu było trochę za zimno na kąpiel w basenie, ale woda była bardzo czysta.

Przydałby się nowszy telewizor ze Smart TV, ponieważ w telewizji 99% stanowią programy hiszpańskojęzyczne, a ich pakiet nie jest zbytnio rozbudowany. Kanapa w salonie mogłaby być trochę wygodniejsza. Do pełni szczęścia przy dłuższym pobycie brakuje chyba tylko zmywarki w kuchni.

Große Wohnung mit vielen Abstrichen

Größe und Aufteilung der Wohnung, direkter Poolzugang mit privaten Liegen und Sitzgelegenheiten.

Kein Personal vor Ort erreichbar- auch nicht zu den angegebenen Rezeptionszeiten. Zugesicherter wöchentlicher Wäschewechsel funktionierte nur nach mehrmaliger Erinnerung. Terrassentür defekt, Küchenfenster schloss nicht, Safeschloss nur gegen tägliche Gebühr. Überall Mückenleichen an den Wänden, teilweise unsauber in der Küche. Ausgebaute Unterschränke in der Küche. Viel zu wenig Geschirr. Keine Spülmaschine. Nachts extrem laut durch Partys in den anderen Wohnungen, teilweise bis in die frühen Morgenstunden. Alles extrem hellhörig.

great stay, wouid stay again. ground floor apartment had great pool access.

lovely pool, very warm, good size . apartment 2 bedroom was new and modern, very spacious.

a few more kitchen accessories needed eg cleaning fluid, cloth. plus wine glasses needed.

Warm swimming pool, excellent and spatious flat and nice beaches at walking distance

Very spatious flat for 6-8 persons on two floors ( we had the duplex ); very well equipped kitchen ( pity that there was no dishwasher though), excellent view towards swimming pool), easy access in and out ( however only a key is given so if two families share the flat, they need to synchronize their comings and goings); walking distance to a very nice and large beach with deep waters ( 15-17' walk); close proximity to several big shops ( Lidl, Carrefour, Merkal,...). We always found free parking spaces outdoors at 5' -7' walk from the hotel. Clean flat and two bathrooms, with plenty of towels. Large balconies ( three of them), including also a clothes hanger to dry towels and swimming suits.

The check-in procedure was a bit complex and not very clear, but it worked out after several email exchanges and making a phone call to hotel number ( which was a bot, directing you to another bot, then to a clerk, then to another clerk, but all was good after being directed to the right place) ; the webpage that requires the preregistration for all people sharing the flat worked for some of us, but not for the others ( thus some personal details had to be given by phone) and the access codes were delivered 1h before the check-in time ( which was ok, but not clearly explained in the check-in procedure, who stated that codes are given about 1 day before).

Ok stay but dissapointing to gotten locked inside the bathroom for almost 2 hours.

When I got the information about how to get the keys it was easy.

The information in the Booking app said that I would meet someone on the spot. When I came there was a message that said that I had not registerd online I should walk 1 km to a hotel and register there. When I came there I was registered and got the information that the key was in a box at my apartment. The told me I should have gotten a message about register online. That message was lost í my email in other long messages from the hotel. I got locked inside the bathroom for almost 2 hours becouse the door witch is without a lock got stuck. When my family called the staff they laughed at first. Then two phonecalls later they sent someone over to open the door wich took them at least 30 minutes. When we looked at the other bathroomdoor we saw the same damage there so this was not the first time this happened. And what did the Hotel to make this up to us? NOTHING.

Relaxing holiday

Clean apartment, clean swimming pool, easy to access, air con, big beds, fully equipped kitchen, balconies, big living room with dining table. Easy access to the beach and train station to Barcelona (about 15 min walk). Parking free on the road in front of the hotel. Hotel parking available also in the underground garage. A very good value for money stay.

The traffic noise from the main road in front of the hotel, but the balcony doors are double glazed so it was not bad when closed. Some of the furniture could do with a change as it was worn or broken. I notified the host as soon as we saw it and some of it was repaired the next day so far play to them but really it should all be checked before the customer arrives.

Best place ever for families!

The apartment is just perfect! Clean, has everything what is needed. Best deal ever what we made. The bed is hard just how we like it. Enough space for a family with 2 bathrooms. Kitchen was complete. Shops are super close, beach is just 10 min walking. We had amazing time and we already want to book for the next year.

Maybe idea is a washmachine. With small kids is handy.

Comfortable appartments for a short stay with a pool area in front of the complex.

Great duplex appartment with wifi and lots of space. Quiet complex with a great pool and supermarkets nearby. Comfortable beds and fully equiped kitchen. We locked our keys in the apartment on the first night and had to get someone to come and let us in as there is no reception on site. Communication with the sister hotel was quick and efficient.

Only one set of keys for 5 people was challenging and there was nowhere to leave the keys in the building. There was only aircon in the living room which meant the downstairs bedrooms were very hot. No drying rack for dishes and tea towels.

When there’s nothing else available

It was available to book off-season The bed was comfy

it was rather expensive for what it was it was not very clean the decoration was unkept needed a good repaint you’ll get the feel it is just a moneymaking apartment with no pride taken in it.

excellent apartments, away from the main resort but only 10 minute walk, good for walking around old town. good sized pool and excellent service.

Leaving, we could have stayed there.

Superb

Very spacious apartment. We stayed with a group of 7 people and it was perfect for everyone. The facilities were clean and the staff was very attentive.
