We have no complains at all about our stay. Our cottages were clean & cosy. The beds were comfortable & the hosts have given us thick woolen blankets to keep us warm in the winter. Just a note: if you are coming in summer, there's no air conditioning in the rooms; just in the living area. The kitchen was well maintained with stoves, oven, utensils, pots, pans, cutleries and simple condiments like oil, sugar, salt so you can prepare your meals with no worries. We met up with Joanne, who is super friendly, in the morning for the animal feeding. The children enjoyed feeding the Guinea pigs, rabbits, chickens, sheep, emus, pigs, etc... Wished there were more farm activities like cow milking, egg collection from the chicken coop, horse riding, etc... On the whole, we really enjoyed our stay, and we would definitely come back for another stay again.
Although there were numerous millipedes in the cottages & in the bathroom, so far we did not find any on our beds. The playground needs some maintenance. We could not use the BBQ in our cottage as it was too dark to do our cooking. It would be good if there's stronger lighting in the balcony area.

it was in a very quiet location and the staff are friendly.
booking.com didn’t not show the accurate accommodation description. it showed that the place has three rooms with one of them being a 4 bedder. but apparently the one we booked was not that even though it showed otherwise. it was rather cramp for the family of 9.

The chalet was clean and well stocked with everything we needed, they even had toys and DVDs for kids.It was very peaceful and they even have feeding times with the animals on the property as well as the wildlife.
The kitchen was a little small, there was no internet access

Great hospitality of the farmers and the variety of farm animals for the little kids to feed. My boy loved feeding the cute guinea pigs. The cottage also has toys to keep my kids occupied which is a great help.
No free WiFi and there is also poor Internet connection. but this is small issue, good to have technology detox now and then.

The place is very clean and neat. It is nicely tucked away so it is great to have some down time for digital and social media.

- Animals
They have wide range of farm animals, very well taken care of.
My son enjoy the morning animal feeding very much!
He was so sad that he cried when we have to leave.
- Privacy
Cottages are well spread out.
- Dual Aircon Unit
We came in June, so it was pretty cold at night and early in the morning.
However, the warm air from Dual Aircon Unit is strong enough to keep us warm.
- No WiFi
Not an issue, you don't need it if you are there to enjoy surrounded by nature.

The pool and playground were close enough to see but far enough to allow privacy and a feeling of tranquility in the bush. Great hosts and the daily animal feeding is a highlight for kids and adults.

Really friendly staff, super easy with the keyless pickup and checkout and loved seeing our name on the sign, where to go and welcome sign at the house. Loved their was a pool and loads of play equipment. Loads of beds. Toys in kids room was a big hit and loved their was a DVD player with loads of movies and games. Staff came around and gave us some fresh eggs from the chickens which were so yummy and some icy poles for the kids when it was hot.
We had a little surprise waiting for us in the toilet the first day 💩🙈 there was no oil for cooking just balsamic oil (maybe an accident?)
Loads of black sand made the house dirty very quickly from walking to the animal feeding, playground, pool and just being out the front. I know it’s hard to monitor and up to the families staying to take care of them but lots of game pieces missing, would have loved to play uno but half the cards where missing or even just some normal cards to play would have been fabulous! Maybe a little grass patch around the house for the kids to play and the playground or even possible some gravel on the main roads.
That we only booked two nights. It was lovely and we wish we booked longer!

Location was amazing. Overall the place was good. The kids loved the pool and animal feeding. The staff on site were very friendly and approachable.
The cottage was very hot especially in the bedrooms. We were only provided a fan for the back area and the spit system air con only covered the lounge and kitchen. We were a little disappointed by the cleanliness as there was rubbish found in the couch, under the bed and in the kitchen drawer.

Friendly and welcoming staff, good amenities and excellent facilities for kids on site including the pool and big/small playgrounds. Toddler loved the farm animal feeding and the many extra toys to play with. Location was fantastic and only a short and scenic drive to all the attractions of the region.
Either the ‘no parties’ policy is not enforced or the chalets aren’t quite as secluded and tranquil as you might expect - Loud music on our second night kept the whole family awake until super late.

There was nothing we didn't like about the whole place. We will be back to stay again
The owners were absolutely lovely and very accommodating. The kids loved it as much as us.

Joanne and Austin were fabulous hosts and our toddler loved the animals and feeding. They were very accommodating and helpful. So glad we booked here!
Nothing. There were a few mozzies around, the cottage had a plug in repellent, but I'd recommend taking a personal spray.

Our stay at Kerriley was great. The chalet was well appointed and had everything you’d need. We noticed a bad smell in one of the rooms and found that it was due to drainage that wasn’t coping after heavy rains. The owners were very gracious and did everything they could to manage the issue and refunded part of the cost. The kids loved the animal feeding and we found the place to be very close to Yallingup, Dunsborough and Margaret River.
