Très bon séjour,

Richard et Séverine sont des hôtes très accueillants, ils ont plein de bonnes idées pour découvrir le "coin" meme si vous croyez avoir établi une liste de chose à voir, celle-ci va très vite s'etoffé. Idéalement placé pour visité le Mémorial de Verdun et ses forts, ainsi que le l'Argonne, Les Eparges....

S'il faut trouvé un Hic, cela viendrait de la présentation des 2 logements en meme temps sur le site, vous pouvez vous retrouver dans le "studio familial" et non pas dans le "Loft". Apparemment le site viens de changer la présentation et cela évitera à Richard de trouver des solutions pour les petits tracas éventuels, ex : (mise à disposition d'une glacière électrique pour palier le petit frigo de camping dans le studio)

Stylové, elegantní a klidné ubytování.

Hezký prostorný pokoj. Kladen důraz na ekologii. Bezproblémové parkování v ulici před domem. Perfektní komunikace s majitelem.

Možná zbytečně moc instrukcí ohledně fungování v ubytování (opravdu je nutné upozorńovat, že ve sprchovém koutě se nemočí?): Také by měl majitel upozornit už v nabídce, že požaduje úklid při odjezdu (svlečení povlečení, vyluxování pokoje ...). Nemám s tím ani nejmenší problém, ale někdo možná ano.

Studio charmant

L'emplacement au calme et a proximité de Verdun, studio très cosy avec son charme. Les hôtes sont disponibles et avec de très bonne recommandation. Quelques bémol mais sinon apparemment nickel je recommande.

Difficile d'ouvrir la baie vitrée avec la clef obligé a chaque fois de l'enlever de son trousseau, la cafetière qui n'arrêtait pas de fuire lorsqu'on mettait de l'eau, mais ce n'est qu'un détail. Et les coussins sont très dure que personnellement je ne les trouvais pas tres confortable.

Peu de place pour circuler dans le logement, la baie vitrée en guise de porte, qui donne directement sur le lit

This was the smallest (Family Studio, 19 m2) apartment we (a family of 4) have ever stayed in. For its tiny size it was very well organized with 2 full size double-beds. The place is nicely decorated and feels warm. It is different in a good way.

I would not recommend this particular place (Family Studio) for more than 2 people for any longer period of time. The upper-level is ONLY for sleeping because of the very low ceiling and there is no reasonable way to cook a dinner for 4 or have the dinner at the same time. If you (like us) just need to spend the night, then it is no issue. Also I would not leave a pre-school child sleep 'upstairs' it would not be able (in the night) to get down on its own safely unless it has that kind of experience already.

strange loft, many conditions, unpleasant

little box with keys. no problems with that. too many condition however in all the process with the owners. with no exageration lists and entire pages of conditions. exhausting. where to put everything, how to use the shower, how to use the toilet, kithen things, etc

not much. lots of silly little cheap things in the property. strange parking, unfriendly people around.

I never gave low point for a hotel before. This is my first time for the 15 years that had a bad experience with any hotel. 1, it is only a garden house, the room is very small. even for a couple, it is very small. if a family is travelling, you'd better not live here and go somewhere else. 2， the owner charged security deposit 50 EUR, he promised he would return the deposit. then I asked if he has any special requirement, he answered "no". however, the next day, he said that we didn't clean enough, and take our extra 50 Euro. I am feeling like he is cheating money. even 50Euro is not too much, but feel very bad. please don't pay him security deposit before you arrive.

Very cozy little apartment, and the kids loved the bed in the attic. There was really good communication, and suggestions for playground for the kids.

Perfect accomodation for travellers, highly recommended

the property is fitted with everything you may need for a short stay. Obviously the space is limited, but still very well designed and with all necessary to make you feel comfortable. Sparkling clean and in a perfect location if you're travelling.

Trading convenience for cost.

Location is close to Verdun and the room was suitable for a family. Parking is free and close to the apartment. The area is quiet and safe.

Communication was sent in French when the website says that the host speaks English. I was told check in time would be delayed only a day before arrival. A list of items to be cleaned to include the toilet and sinks was furbished and linked to what was described as a damage deposit on the website.

Exceptional

Very clean and tidy, well equipped just outside the main part of verdun but a couple minute drive lovely and quite. Made to feel very welcome by owner and lots of information and help when needed.
